Best Full Home Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

Jason from Kitchen AZ came through again. Three months ago, Jason Hemann remodeled my kitchen. I had all new cabinets installed and bought all new appliances. Two weeks ago, my son, by mistake, selected 10 minutes on the timer of the microwave instead of 1 minute. Needless to say, I needed to replace the microwave. I called Jason to do the install. He not only installed the microwave in a very professional manner, he also went to the appliance store and picked up the microwave so I would not be charged a delivery fee. After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Our Project Superintendent Jerry Thompson was by far the best superintendent we’ve worked with. His dedication and attention to detail were spot on. Several of the issues were taken care of by Jerry before we had to bring it to anyone else’s attention. I would recommend legacy for your future remodeling projects. The out front scheduling process is one thing that could be improved overall most of the sub contractors were pretty reliable.

We had a great expereince with Tim Huber. He helped us redesign our kitchn and eating area and he and his crew installed everything and it was an excellent experience. Tim is very responsive and has a great eye for design. When something went wrong they were easy to work with to get it rectified. Defientely, a 5 star business!!

Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Yes, I recommend working with this company.

My experience w/ Diamond was great. Estimator came out ASAP, measurements completed in two more days, pricing soon after, and install within two weeks of first contact. The job looks great, and the cost was well under competitors. The measurements and price was competed before others began the process.
