I was able to get a septic tank pumping appointment within a couple of days. I was happy to pay a fee for them to dig, I'm getting too old for all of that. The technician was very professional, he also looked in to see if I had a single or double chamber tank because part of it is under a concrete slab. Good information to know for future intervals. I highly recommend this company's services.

Ernesto came to our home today to fix a toilet problem, He quickly found the problem, and fixed it, explaining to us what it was and how he fixed it. We signed up for the one year coverage, and he checked all the plumbing and water heater.He identified and fixed a shower handle problem, and checked the water heater, draining it out and making sure it was ok.Ernesto was very professional in his approach and made sure we understood what each problem was before fixing it. Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

When I told the technician what I was experiencing, he seemed to be confident what was going on the my air conditioner. He was very quick to diagnose and fix exactly what was going on with the unit. He answered my questions and gave me some good tips on how to better keep the air flowing throughout my downstairs portion. Thank you, I will be sleeping in a cooler house tonight!

Amazing service! We're in the process of completing moving our kitchen to what was our living room. Nick re-ran our water lines, main drain, installed our new sink, faucet and garbage disposer. He was very helpful giving us time after running the new lines so we could get the new cabinet installed and came back same day to finish the install of the sink, faucet and disposer. We will definitely use Norfleet Plumbing in the future and would refer them to friends and family. :)
