Best Full Service Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Todd Whittaker Drywall did an exceptional job on our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel. TWD provided design, demo and remodel work and all work was professionally done and completed on time. The employees were friendly and kept us updated on progress of the work and answered all our questions during the work. Will definitely use them for future work. We would recommend TWD for any remodel work.

I was in a tough spot with a roof leak that destroyed my old laminate counter top and a few cabinets. Insurance did not help much and money was tight. Anthony made me realize that now is the time to do it correct. We found the right cabinets and counter tops for a unbelievable price. The service and attention to detail was exceptional!!!

This company was amazing from start to finish! They were quick to reply with all communication, ahead of schedule for the work, easy to have in my home, kept their work areas clean, and their design translated into a gorgeous kitchen we love!!! Best experience!

Veny went out of his way to bring me samples on the day that I took my mother to her eye appointment. He actually met me in the parking lot. Now that’s service!!!!
My first choice of quartz was no longer available so he found another sample that was perfect.
Our master bathroom is stunning.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

We are super impressed with Cornerstone cabinet company. We ended up going with the full European line of cabinets. Outstanding value and beautiful cabinets. Chris the owner walked us through the whole process beginning to end. The installers Vince and Sebastian we're very meticulous in the installation of our cabinets and making sure everything was perfect and adjusted and aligned just right.

I highly recommend CustomCreative Remodeling for any major or minor home improvement projects you are considering. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and house entryway (removal and addition of walls/windows) along with a replacement of over 1100 Sq ft of dated saltillo tile flooring, 2 bathroom upgrades and a refacing of a fireplace. The team did an excellent job in designing the new space; insuring not only engineering integrity but creation of a functionally rich new working kitchen/bar area space with a wonderful new color palette that works for the entire house. They provided a detailed line item breakdown of all the work done and including design change orders that we made along the way. The workers were top notch craftsman who delivered high quality work from floor & backsplash tiling, countertop fabrication, new electrical, framing, drywall, texturing, plumbing, etc. The guys were always on time and each day the job site was left clean after working. Communication with everyone involved who came to the house was easy and effective. A++ grade performance!!!

Great attention to detail

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. My brother recommended Santa Cruz remodeling to me and they gave me a great price compared to other contractors I called. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need for my kitchen and it looks amazing now. I always get compliments on my new countertop and cabinets. I have a lot of respect for the way Ellie and Ivan do business, they always put the customer first!!

Removed and installed new shower. Techs on time, professional, and worked very hard entire day. Left work area clean, and went over details before leaving. I’m totally happy with my new shower. Justin and Don worked fast and steady the whole day.

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

I tried getting an estimate from these guys to remodel our bathrooms, I stated I was getting other estimates and the guy asked how many I was getting, once I stated the number of estimates, he said they wouldn't do business with me . In short, the guy was pretty rude and unprofessional.
