Adam was great to work with! We had all the cabinets doors in our home refinished and painted, all countertops in the house upgraded with quartz, and marble backsplash added in the kitchen. The work was impeccable. He answered all questions and concerns we had with no issues. We have already hired his company for another project!

TWD once again did a fantastic with our room remodel. Back in February they did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. This time it was our master bath. It was transformed from a shower/tub side by side to a beautiful walk in shower along with new floor and wall tile and new vanity top with two mirrored wall cabinets. Our designer, Ron LaBrie did a wonderful job again in picking all the items. We had the same oversight manager, Ralph Campa and he was available when needed which was rare as their people did a great job. I wish I could remember the names of those involved. I just want them all to know that we love how well they did their work. Everyone was professional and courteous. They even didn’t mind being supervised by our two boxers - Jake and Bailey. We again thank you for a great job and YES we would recommend them to others who wish to upgrade the home.

After a great experience with our designer, Christina, we opted for HHI to tackle our small bathroom remodel. Every step of the project went as expected. They were open and honest with timelines in regards to product delays/demands. Will, our Project Manager, was very responsive to texts or phone calls, even at strange hours of the day. He was as flexible as he could be with our schedule and was always stepping up to the plate for us. Overall the project went as promised and we had a great experience!

We knew it when we did the first interview and Paul came to our house, took measurements, listened to our needs, and responded with drawings the next day.

I just had my kitchen redone and it looks stunning! Everyone that we worked with throughout this project was helpful and professional. The installers were exceptional and treated our house like their own. We are so happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend!

Our contractor Dan was awesome! Very professional and delivered on all of his commitments! Dan let us know that he works with Anthony with Trinity and sent us to his location to pick everything out. Anthony and his staff were very friendly and helpful as this is our first remodel and had no idea what we were doing. We are so thankful for the help and communication! Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Good Guys. Good Guys completed a full kitchen, living room, dining room and entertainment room renovation for us last August and September and we are now working with them on plans for master and guest bathroom renovations to be completed this summer. So we are obviously happy with them by trusting them again with our home.
On our initial renovation, we had been through 3 months of a process with different group and it was a nightmare. After moving on from that designer, my wife and I were in need of a group that could regain our confidence in proceeding and within a week of a first meeting with Amber, Shannon and Dean we realized we were in good hands and our vision was back on track. We needed a group that could not only design to our vision but also that could project manage the execution as we were going to be out of the country during the renos. The project management piece and having Dean on site was of huge value to us. Dean kept us posted of progress with pictures and videos through an App. When any issue came up, Dean kept us posted on our options and we always felt he was working on our behalf to make sure we were staying within budget and making the best decision for us, not the company or any sub involved. The job was done on time as promised and on budget. We returned to PHX to a new, clean house ready to live in. Any follow up or warranty work was attended to in short order. We even had a small issue with a new barn door last month that Dean came back and adjusted for us on his way home.
My wife and I are pleased to act as a reference for Good Guys anytime.

Chris and his installers are great! They did my cabinetry for my new custom home and it turned out wonderfully! We did have an initial set back. The wrong color was ordered for a few cabinets. A easy enough mistake, with blame in multiple places. It happens. You learn a lot about someone based on how they respond to a mistake. Chris took ownership, quickly dealt with the issue and kept us on schedule purely on his effort. I can't speak any higher for that level of professionalism. It is an extremely rare trait in the construction industry. There is a reason my GC has used Chris for 25+ years.

Custom Creative Remodeling was great to work with. First Praveen meet with us and then provided us with referral where we could actually see his work and talk to his clients about the work Custom Creative performed etc. That gave me the reassurance to choose Custom Creative Remodeling. I met with Jennifer their in-house designer that helped me pick out the deco band to go with the travertine tile Praveen recommended for our shower remodel. We had existing small shower 3’x 5’ with garden tub next to it. They demo all to make one large shower with bench, 2 hand- held shower heads and 1 rain shower. They provided all the demo, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting for our new master bathroom. Danny the tile guy was very meticulous in getting the travertine installed correctly he hand polished each bullnose edge. There was a little hick-up in communication in reference to Praveen also provided us additional work and repairs needed or wanted to do before the Christmas holiday and family would be in town. Once we had new contract for the “Tile work and painting plus additional drywall work needed, Praveen put together expedited team to get the work done before the family was in. Work to include removing popcorn ceiling in bedrooms and family room and retexture the ceilings, kitchen dyrwall repairs, drywall repairs in garage and computer room, re-grouting staircase and hallway tiles with epoxy grout, painting pretty much entire house, except the master bedroom and upstairs bath and closets, and providing back-splash tile at kitchen and window sill ledges. Jennifer again came through to help us create and choose the right tiles and patterns to accent the existing countertops installed. Praveen and 2nd tile team meet the schedule of 2 days to have all the tile work completed. Praveen created a border around the edges to put it all together. The colors and layout that Jennifer help to pick out really make the countertop pop and we get many compliments on our new kitchen. I would highly recommend Custom Creative Remodeling Praveen will work with you to get the job done. The Legacy team went above & beyond in remodeling my master bathroom & home.

Legacy’s design team of Debbie & Jeremy helped me select materials & fixtures that worked with the existing character of my home to bring the looks together. The rendering Jeremy did helped me see how the space could be reconfigured & added touches that I never would have thought of that did not measurably impact the cost; they were small items such as a different placement/curvature of a wall & different type/placement of a drain. The thoughtful initial design really made a difference in the final product.

Craig was the superintendent & was fantastic. He handled any issues that came up during the remodel. Craig also, in overseeing the day-to-day work & trades, brought up small tweaks that, again, didn’t really impact the cost but made a big difference to the final look & functionality of the space. He really understood what I was looking for & had awesome ideas that the professional tradesmen & Legacy’s inhouse master carpenters were able to implement right on the spot, such as a different way to light our new sauna incorporating a hard-wired switch, complete with a stained glass effect & creating a built in look for my sauna. Craig also spent weekends working on making my master closet exactly what I wanted and beautiful too (solid pine). I really appreciated Craig’s technical expertise & making my remodel flow smoothly.

Legacy’s inhouse professionals were truly hard working experts at their crafts. Scott, Floyd, Steve & Greg made everything just look gorgeous & also mentioned little things they could do to really make things come together. Scott & Floyd, along with Craig, spent a lot of time creating my master closet & getting the shelving semicircle look/functionality I was going for, including Scott creating a wrap rod design. Additionally, extra matching solid wood around my sauna was added to enhance the look & even the relatively small tasks, such as making baseboard pieces such that they curve around a wall, were done incredibly beautifully by Scott. Floyd created 4 more build in closets made of solid wood that are very sturdy & maximize the closet space. He also installed my front door & master bath cabinets. They look phenomenal & most importantly, work perfectly. I believe many companies can procure nice materials but, without expert installation, it may not be quite right or not hold up well over time. The last two inhouse professionals were Steve & Greg. Steve took great care to make sure things were done how I wanted them, even small things such as hooks at an optimum height & configuration. Greg installed my half wall cabinets in my living room & made them look elegant with the way he built out the baseboards. The inhouse Legacy experts brought out the materials & design to their full potential.

In addition to the folks directly employed by Legacy, they work with a great network of skilled tradesmen. I was really happy with everyone who came into my home. Everything looks flawless, especially the tile work for my shower bench & built-ins. Ken painted my home inside out & made the walls look better than they were before by patching & fixing them, even items I had not noticed before. Everything he did makes my home look polished. Ken also put in/designed a new gate for me that is really stunning as it has an aged wood look.

On a practical aspect, Legacy also made sure that the materials were up to par. They sent my new front door back to the manufacturer twice because it did not meet their standards. It gave me piece of mind that they were making sure things were done correctly, even if I might never have noticed it.

Lastly, on a personal note, all of the Legacy folks were really great to have in my home & were always very flexible with an eye towards making everything about my remodel perfect. Legacy took the initial idea of what I wanted for my remodel & made it something really extraordinary.

Our project had challenges due to manufacturing errors but Affinity made everything right. Their quality control person, Jamie, made a special 2 hr trip at the end to make sure all was right. Theresa the designer did a meticulous job of measuring and planning. The kitchen turned out beautifully and we are really enjoying it.

We used Atelier507 to remodel the tiling of our master bathroom shower, add a niche, and update the water fixtures. Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive, provided 3D renderings of what the final look would be and would update the renderings for any detail we want to add/remove/adjust. Atelier507 also provided progress photos during and after the project. They did an excellent job and were very professional. We are very satisfied with the final look of our shower. I highly recommend using them!

Matt and Manny replaced my bath/shower combo and installed a modern walk-in shower. They were on time, professional and courteous. Matt explained the process every step of the way. They did an awesome job! I would use Jacuzzi & Bath again and would request Matt and Manny, if possible, because they did a great job!!

Diamond Granite was professional at every step of the kitchen remodel. Their communication was excellent at all times. There were no surprises. Their product selection was of good quality. There were no shortcuts. Each tradesman was proficient in his abilities, courteous and willing to adjust to our needs.
