Brandon Craig was our technician and needless to say, we found our new plumbing company! Brandon was kind, courteous, and made the water conditioning install process seamless. Did I forget to mention affordable too!

Scottin showed up at the scheduled time. He was very professional and friendly. He did the work that I had requested and explained what was the cause of the problem. What I also liked and was VERY pleased about was that Scottin did not try and sell me anything (water softener, water heater, etc.) he just did the job requested. I will definitely use George Brazil again for any plumbing needs.

Top notch service! Being new to AZ, I did not know who to call. My home warranty sent Nick out with Norfleet Family Plumbing. He was on time and fixed my sinks. He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that. Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
