From start to finish, this shower remodel was excellent. We got price quotes from a few different places and Allure just had the right crew and professionalism to make our choice easy, John and his crew are very professional and they truly want to make sure you love what you get. They provide all of the recommendations you need to get your dream shower. We converted our stand alone bath tub and shower into one big shower. It is a spa-like now with extra attention to details you can only get from a professional. I would highly recommend them.

Quality work, fair value, fair treatment, and transparency are my key takeaways after Holtzman completed a kitchen remodel and flooring for us. Our project included some interior wall changes, appliance relocation, and reframing for a larger back door. My wife and I shopped 3 different well known general contractors for our job and Holtzman slotted in the middle price estimate wise. We really appreciated that they include a computer sketch of your remodel free with the consultation which the other companies would not do without a deposit. This really helped us gauge if the company had a good grasp on what we were wanting (and they did). The design process was relaxed and we never felt pressured to spend. Communication with our project manager Jaryd was fast and we were pleased with his attention to detail and how he listened to our concerns and needs throughout the process, accommodating our requests to the best of his abilities.
We experienced an atypical circumstance during our project where the person we worked with on our cabinet design ended up leaving the company before our cabinet order was correctly placed. This caused a bit of a handoff fumble as Holtzman completed our demolition thinking the order from the former employee was ready when it actually was not which resulted in a period of time where we had a completely demo'd kitchen and no cabinet delivery. It's important to understand that this is not a regular occurrence and simply an unfortunate coincidence that happened to coincide with our project. The new cabinet designer (Chelsea) was a breeze and got our incomplete order all fixed up and expedited.
I am sharing this slip up despite it's coincidental nature because it showcases this company's ability to make up for some turbulence in a very respectable fashion which ultimately solidifies our trust in them. I was impressed that Holtzman was completely transparent with what happened and did not try to avoid any accountability. Although there was nothing we could do as we had to wait for our correct cabinet order to be produced, the team at Holtzman completed as much of our project as they could until cabinets arrived and positioned themselves for a sprint to the finish once the cabinets were delivered. Once the cabinets came you could really tell they wanted to make up for lost time. Jaryd was extremely helpful by scheduling Cabinet install, flooring, plumbing, tile, and electrical very efficiently and even getting people onsite over the weekend to get everything wrapped up as quickly as possible. The workers on our job were pleasant, skilled, and personable. My wife and are are extremely happy with the quality of work and how everything came out at completion. Time spent in our new kitchen is now a relaxing and serene experience we never want to leave. Afterwards we were reimbursed for excess expenses like furniture storage which we incurred as a direct result of the delay caused by the cabinet order mix up, which I feel like not every company would be willing to do and prefer to instead chalk it up as (well these things happen in construction).
I have complete confidence saying that I would trust this company again for a future project and feel good knowing that they are going to do things correctly and have our best interest in mind. Before and after pics attached.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Good Guys. Good Guys completed a full kitchen, living room, dining room and entertainment room renovation for us last August and September and we are now working with them on plans for master and guest bathroom renovations to be completed this summer. So we are obviously happy with them by trusting them again with our home.
On our initial renovation, we had been through 3 months of a process with different group and it was a nightmare. After moving on from that designer, my wife and I were in need of a group that could regain our confidence in proceeding and within a week of a first meeting with Amber, Shannon and Dean we realized we were in good hands and our vision was back on track. We needed a group that could not only design to our vision but also that could project manage the execution as we were going to be out of the country during the renos. The project management piece and having Dean on site was of huge value to us. Dean kept us posted of progress with pictures and videos through an App. When any issue came up, Dean kept us posted on our options and we always felt he was working on our behalf to make sure we were staying within budget and making the best decision for us, not the company or any sub involved. The job was done on time as promised and on budget. We returned to PHX to a new, clean house ready to live in. Any follow up or warranty work was attended to in short order. We even had a small issue with a new barn door last month that Dean came back and adjusted for us on his way home.
My wife and I are pleased to act as a reference for Good Guys anytime.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose’ arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop which had several complex angles involved, wasn’t fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose’ who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over,from the beginning, and we were very pleased in our choice.

I had a damage to my countertop recently and was unable to get anyone from granite transformations to return my call or to send a repair man out. Very disappointed with this company. Would never use again

We recently purchased a home and we had the pleasure of working with Praveen and his incredible team. We always wanted to buy a new-build but settled on this 2006 built that fit our budget and with the hope that we can make it new with minimal investment. It was hard to find a contractor to work with you for a limited budget and with a tight schedule. Praveen is so easy to reach and so easy to work with and he even accompanied us during one of the home inspections prior to closing. This turned out to be a great idea as we outlined the stuff that we needed to be done at the house and ordered time-sensitive material ahead of time so that Praveen and his team can hit the ground running the moment we got the keys. With input from Praveen, we replaced the entire flooring upstairs with carpet and with luxury vinyl tiles, replaced baseboards and painted the house and viola, a week later, we entered into a brand new home and the beauty is that we still stayed within our budget. The workmanship of Praveen's team is second to none as they take ownership of every project and the team works as if the house is their own. We made an appointment with Keith, to come give an estimate to remove old granite and replace with new quartz kitchen countertops. He was so friendly, helpful, funny and courteous. Keith’s estimate to do the work was much better than all others. Every time I had a question, I would either text or call Keith and he was willing to help right away. We decided to go ahead and choose our quartz slabs at MSI through Keith. The process was very simple and smooth. We even had enough quartz from our 2 slabs, so decided to add a new counter to a 2nd bath. Javier and two others came to do the demo and install, they worked quickly and efficiently and did a GREAT JOB. We are VERY pleased and HAPPY having our work done by Serrano’s Surfaces. Our countertops look FABULOUS. Thank you Keith and Javier for working with us. We will highly recommend you to all.

We've been living with our newly remodeled kitchen for about 4 weeks now and we could not be happier!!! Our consultant was Ray Speer and he understood exactly what we wanted. He came out to take measurements and from there everything moved rather quickly. Our schedules were very hectic but he made sure we were aware of everything that was going on. We choose superior stone and cabinet because they were quick and got the job done properly. Other places quoted us 5k more for not even a brand new kitchen where as with Ray we got everything new for great price. Also, the timeline played a big factor. We wanted our kitchen done before thanksgiving and other places told us it'd take 21 days and lead into December where as Ray assured us everything done a week before thanksgiving and it was. Everyday for a whole week something new was being done to our kitchen and hey we're moving fast wasting now time. In the end we got amazing quality new cabinets, new countertops, a new pantry, backsplash and new sink. Our family has said nothing but nice things about the remodel and are very impressed with how quickly it was completed. Remodel your kitchen with Ray Speer and you won't regret it!
