Nothing but good responsible and professional results from this company.Was a bit worried by having the work done when I was out of town but Will the superintendent of the project handled all my concerns and questions.This guy knows his stuff and was very courteous with all my out of the box questions.highly recommend them.

ArDan has done several projects for us recently as we remodel our home.....from a squeaky, misaligned front door to the living area to a new quartz front on our fireplace to the kitchen. Wouldn't use anyone else, and we look forward to the next project.

Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

Luxury Remodels Company is our family's most trusted contractor that we ever hired. I have hired them multiple times now to work on our investment properties, and never had any complaints. We hired them first time when we moved into our dream home, it was difficult decision to choose proper contractor, as Phoenix has one of the worst networks to find qualified labor. This was the company we hired to do a remodel to the vast majority of the 4600sf home, we had them add a guest room and a workout area for our kids. There were few material items with very long wait times, specifically kitchen and bar appliances took very long time to deliver, while their team worked around items being delayed and handled the process and overall project exceptionally, delivering stunning results. We can't thank them enough. If you in a search for your next contractor give them a chance, definitely worth it.

Wow. I can't say enough about this company and their employees. From the very first meeting I knew my research had paid off. Eric and Angela helped me pick out details and style when I was unsure but were never pushy. They were also incredibly accommodating with my crazy work schedule. Steve the project manager was great and I always had him as a point of contact if I had any questions. And Oscar and Blake were incredible workers. They let me know every day when they were on their way and when they had left. And they cleaned after every single day. If I ever move or need another remodel they will be my first call. After working with other remodel companies and big box stores, I learned my lesson the hard way...Retro Pro is the way to go!! Do yourself a favor and call them. You won't regret it!

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. We have used Lon for two major redesign projects (kitchen and bath) in the last few years. We couldn’t be more pleased! Lon and his crew were attentive to our needs/changes and worked hard to overcome two big challenges (gas line and plumbing overhaul) that came up during the projects. His crew was great to work with and above all they’re quality craftsmen! I would highly recommend using them and we certainly will on our next project.

Covert assisted us on two occasions with a bathroom remodel. Initially, they were hired to perform a to the studs demo of an aged bathroom. They were prompt, thorough and respectful of the adjacent rooms. I was impressed with their preparedness and teamwork.

After our great experience with initial demolition, we had them return to sheetrock and tape the previously demo'd room. They were enthusiastically creative in matching previous coved ceiling/plaster walls with drywall and taping mud. It was art, not simple construction. James was/is the best. I am a seasoned DIY'er that is pleased with the quality of their work, professionalism and pride in their product. They helped me maintain the southwest character of my home.
