Every worker was not only on time, but they all asked for my input into their tasks. Austin, my project manager, was very professional and communicative and made what could have been a stressful time, an enjoyable one. I would use TWD again ina heartbeat.

LENGTH OF TIME QUOTED TO COMPLETE JOB - 45 days
LENGTH OF TIME IT TOOK TO COMPLETE JOB - 171 days

Timeliness: Demo began 9/10/18 and job was not complete until 2/27/19. We went days/weeks where no one showed up to work on the house. After they cut a post tension line, the project sat for over 2 weeks with nothing being done!

Craftsmanship: 90% of the trades they sent over were excellent! They did great work, had great attitudes, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The completed work looks great!

Planning: To give a few examples - the flooring guys came over to install, but there was no flooring dropped off the night before install. Drywall guys showed up, but city inspection was not signed off, so drywall could not be done. Anytime a trade leaves, they move onto another job, and yours gets pushed back again!

Communication: HHI will only call you when they are looking for another payment. Other than that, you will need to call them to get an idea when to expect someone at your home to do any work. They use an online tool/portal called Buildertrend and Faztimate. Buildertrend will notify you when your job is rolled back, you will then need to call HHI and ask why. Both systems I find difficult to use. I have requested HHI email me info, but they refuse, and direct me to their portal.

Cost: Lets just say they wrote an allowance for a custom door at less than $300. When they sent someone out to measure the door, I was quoted $5700.00. When I pushed back, I was told Oh yeah, thats Frankie, he is expensive. So they sent another person out that quoted $1100.00. . . . . . . . .

Professionalism: The owners don't have the first idea what this is! They take no responsibility and point fingers at the customer nonstop. They send snarky text messages and even threaten to sue you!
For example, final door was painted on 2/27, and Brandon emailed me that evening stating Here is the copy of the late bill you owe. How am I late paying you when you just finished the job a few hours ago?? I have asked both Danny Holtzman and Brandon Holtzman to email me a breakdown of charges, to reflect changes made and credits, but am told we have already credited everything we are going to credit. After telling Brandon I would be going to ROC, YELP, and news stations for help, he threatened to sue me. He made it clear he has a team of attorneys, so it's not an issue for him.

Now the job is done, but I have no clear answer on what the balance truly is. Danny and Brandon have not sent me an itemized summary showing corrections and credits, and claim they don't need to supply it to me either. As of my last phone call with Brandon, he is busy with his kids sporting events, isn't in front of a computer all day, and will look into it later. I just want to pay what I truly owe, and move on with my life!

Advertised one price that included materials, finishing and installation. $1,000 minimum. When I spoke with a young lady on the phone, after describing what I needed done, she started throwing out $800, for the materials and $1,200 for labor. When I asked about their website, she said that was wrong.
I don't like being lied to. I don't like being played for a fool.
I will never do business with this bunch of dishonest people.
Looks like they have changed their website.
Don't care. Never shopping with them again.

Luxury Remodels Company is our family's most trusted contractor that we ever hired. I have hired them multiple times now to work on our investment properties, and never had any complaints. We hired them first time when we moved into our dream home, it was difficult decision to choose proper contractor, as Phoenix has one of the worst networks to find qualified labor. This was the company we hired to do a remodel to the vast majority of the 4600sf home, we had them add a guest room and a workout area for our kids. There were few material items with very long wait times, specifically kitchen and bar appliances took very long time to deliver, while their team worked around items being delayed and handled the process and overall project exceptionally, delivering stunning results. We can't thank them enough. If you in a search for your next contractor give them a chance, definitely worth it.

I worked with Joe Metry from beginning to end. He was very helpful with design ideas and started the job on time. The products are beautiful, the work is great and I am pleased with the outcome. The job took longer than expected but I feel it was mostly due to having difficulty getting the supplies needed. Joe was always responsive to my inquiries and I would use them again.

Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

Working with the insurance was a nightmare! Ken worked with the insurance and got my tile covered. I had water damage under the tile and the insurance was refusing to cover it. A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time.
