I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. My project was finished and it looks so good my neighbors can't even tell the previous damage happened. Thank you.

I worked with Joe Metry from beginning to end. He was very helpful with design ideas and started the job on time. The products are beautiful, the work is great and I am pleased with the outcome. The job took longer than expected but I feel it was mostly due to having difficulty getting the supplies needed. Joe was always responsive to my inquiries and I would use them again.

I had Rhino Construction come in and add a backsplash to my kitchen. The finished work is just beautiful. The guys were pleasant, worked hard and did a great job of making sure they covered flooring/countertops. etc. while setting in the tile. Once done, they cleared up everything, even sweeping my floors. I work from home so they were considerate of that aspect and I would definitely hire the team again. We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose’ arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop which had several complex angles involved, wasn’t fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose’ who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over,from the beginning, and we were very pleased in our choice.

Used the Handyman Connection today for the first time. Our handyman was Rob who was excellent. He was professional, showed up early, finished the job under budget and in less time than he originally said it would take. I mean really? He must not have received the contractor hand book (show up late, under bid and under deliver while being rude). Couldn't be happier and we will be requesting Rob in the future.

Our job was a simple drywall patch but it covered a large area and he managed to match the existing texture perfectly.

Acuity Builders painted our house. I am known to be pretty picky about quality workmanship. Not only did they do a great job, but they did a total clean up and you would not have even known they had been there. The best is for last. Acuity bidders were the low bidder... I love saving money

My husband is a construction attorney and after interviewing 5 other companies, this was the only company he agreed to use for our remodel. Jerzey and his team were professional, fair , and completed the job on time. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. We absolutely loved working with Nick-Mustache Approved Remodeling. From the very beginning and throughout the project my husband and I were so impressed by Nick’s professionalism, his organizational skills, and his integrity. He is the best contractor we have ever worked with. Nick transformed our 14 foot heavy stucco fireplace into a beautiful focal point in our living room. Nick provides very detailed plans, lists exactly what will be completed each day, and sticks to the timeline. Nick takes great pride in his work, as he should, and treats your house and your project as if it was his own home. He is a perfectionist which is wonderful to have in a contractor. His sound (tv), paint, drywall, and tile subcontractors were also very professional and committed to the highest quality of work. This was the best remodel experience we have had and that is due to Nick. He is just a a pleasure to work with. If you can get him to take on your remodel project you will not regret it. We feel so very fortunate that Nick was willing to take on our project. He is the best!
