A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. We hired TWD to remodel an entertainment center wall. From the very beginning, the experience was great. The communication was excellent, the design process was easy and a design was created that fit our needs and style. The quote was quite reasonable, and they gave us a calendar and schedule for construction, and stuck to it! They did every task on the day they scheduled, kept the rest of the house clean and neat and did a great jog of cleaning up when they were done. The finished product is fantastic, matched the design, and they were even able to incorporate mid-construction changes with no hassle. Everything was done right, from the first contact, constant communication, construction, cleanup, attention to detail and finished remodel. Highly recommended.

Great price and work

We chose Holtzman because they are a local company and they have a showroom for easy one-stop shopping. We also liked having Builder Trend for online communication and a calendar so that we could see when the work was scheduled to be done. Ryan was our consultant. He had great ideas and designed our bathrooms and helped us with our choices as we were picking everything out so that it all came together perfectly. John was our supervisor and he made sure that the work got done well. He was easy to talk to and on-site frequently. Everything from the tile to the plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, mirrors, etc. was very well done. The end results are beautiful. We are very happy that we chose Holtzman.

When I first walked into Trinity Remodeling and met the owner Anthony, I explained my frustration with the long waiting time estimates for kitchen remodeling I was given by competitors. Not only did he fulfill his promise to get my kitchen cabinets and quartz countertop project completed within a much shorter time period, but he far exceeded my expectations in so many ways. He was able to work within my budget. Anthony is a hand's-on owner who does not disappear after you sign a contract. I put it in his hands to create the plan working with my existing layout. I am so glad I did because he has excellent design vision no matter the space size he is presented. Anthony came to my house several times to check on the progress and called me often to ensure I was pleased. Each phase of the project was timely and smooth from demolition to the end. Every person or team he chose, whether it be demo team, cabinet and countertop installers, electrician or plumber....ALL were communicative, punctual, courteous, tidy, and excellent at their craft. The office support staff often called me to check in to ensure things were going smoothly. I was extremely pleased with my kitchen transformation. There were no surprise costs, as things were discussed up front about what could be added on if deemed necessary and those costs were very reasonable as was the total cost. I give Anthony 5 stars also in character as he truly cares about those who trust him to deliver.

We recently moved to Phoenix from out of state. Some modifications to our kitchen were needed, and we did not know who to contact Fortunately our developer recommended ArDan to do the work. The planning of the project was done remotely, and a schedule for the project was presented to us. Shortly after we arrived the work began and moved along as smoothly as we had been promised. There was minimal disruption to our lives (we were living in the apartment while the work was done. Everything was done as promised, and we couldn't be happier with their work.

Good Guys are exactly the name - good guys (and girls)! They truly are the nicest people to work with, and are so knowledgeable in the field. They manage the project start to finish and even after if something breaks or whatever the case may be - they fix it and make it right. The whole team Amber, Shannon and Dean are great people to work with. I'd absolutely recommend them for remodel work and kitchen and bath design.
