These guys are great, from the free in home detailed estimate, to completing the job early. Evryone there is excellent.

At first the gentleman helping was very attentive but it would have been nice to give us some space while we were looking instead of hovering. He did let us take a sample to a possible home that we were looking at which was nice. When I dropped off the samples no one was directly at the front desk so I dropped them off and walked to my car. A very tall gentleman stopped me from backing out and aggressively asked what my last name was, who was helping me and if anything worked. It was very intrusive and borderline scary as a single female. I understand that the sales people are payed off commission and he made it very clear to me, but they need to work on respecting guests personal space and having a nice demeanor when talking to them.

John and his crew had the entire floor plan installed a day before moving.

Faster than expected install and the install-quality came out perfect. Highly recommend Alliance. IMO, best home floor installer in Phoenix - hands down.

Called Alan's Flooring to redo my shower. Alan himself came on time, was very professional, quick, and clean. Love my new upgraded bathroom thanks for Alan! And he didn't break the bank! Very affordable and great prices. I'm recommending him to everyone!

It pains me to leave a less than stellar review, but unfortunately the work performed by Heath @ Urban Customs will require us hire another company to finish the job he finished. We hired Urban Customs to resurface and patch our existing bamboo floors, but in the end the result of their work was subpar. After they completed their work we were left with the following issues:

- a floor with gaps between the planks
- floating planks that are noisy. In spots you an actually watch the plank move/ give way with any amount of pressure. This movement has caused further damage to adjacent planks, causing those to split and crack. *Our floors were not creaky prior to this project*
- tubes of filler (that were mismatched to our flooring) and we didn't know how to use. We were told we could use it to fill any major gaps.

These issues and others were brought up multiple times to both Heath and Rachel. Instead of addressing and fixing the issues we were met with a list of reasons and excuses as to why they would not or could not fix and finish our floors. We were also told how their work and the end result was completely acceptable.

As small business owners we wanted to support a fellow small business, but when it comes to flooring I would not recommend this company to anyone. They lack attention to detail and leave projects unfinished.

AK Brands is a fantastic company. Ali and his team did such a great job tiling our entire house two years ago and we liked them so much that we hired them to do our master bath remodel. We couldn’t be happier. The room looks fantastic and it was done on time. As with all remodels there were some issues but Ali and Tony took them in stride and did a wonderful job.

We absolutely love our new floor! We went in to European Design Flooring and were immediately surprised about the huge selection of hardwood flooring they have. The service tech was very friendly and walked us through our options for getting our old laminate floor replaced by a higher quality hardwood floor. We eventually scheduled a team to come out and give us a quote and had them start immediately. European Design Flooring was quick, professional, affordable and did an absolutely amazing job.

The installers, Jim and Victor, did an outstanding job! They took up all of the old tile and installed the new vinyl flooring, and they were very meticulous with their installation. We are extremely satisfied with Floor Source, their product, and their entire organization! A real class act company!
