We just completed our second home project with Holtzman Home Improvement, having been very pleased with the outcome and process with our first project a few months ago. Our vision for this project was a little tricky and Brandon worked tirelessly with us to find the exact resources and products we needed to complete our vision. Melanie managed the process and communicated continually with us so that we always knew what to expect. Any concerns or questions that we had along the way were addressed in a timely fashion every time. The workmanship is of the highest quality. We love the results of both projects. We will soon start our third home project and wouldn't think of going with any other company!

We needed our master bathroom remodeled and contacted a few companies that said they were too busy or just never called back. Had a few other quotes too but Good Guys came through with what we really wanted and very easy to work with. One stop shop. Amber - Design Team came out and took the time to listen to our thoughts and gave her ideas too. We went to the showroom and she had the design displayed on a screen in 3-D. She also had samples of tile, cabinets, granite etc. already laid out when we arrived. We went with her suggestions. Good Guys worked within our budget as well. We received a breakdown of the costs and they use a website called BuilderTrend that keeps you up-to-date on what they were going to do each day. Project Manager came every day to make sure everything was going as planned. Communication was great - if we had a question or concerned, we received an answer within 24 hours. Good Guys finished the project in less time than the original end date as well. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Jose’ Granda and Graco Home remodeling. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done efficiently and to our liking. I personally have never had a better customer service experience. Rarely would I ever rate anything a 10, but this was just that. Met with this company at the Home & Garden show on a Sunday and scheduled a consultation/estimate for Thursday that same week. Received a call on Wednesday saying they wouldn't be able to make it for Thursday and then rescheduled for the following Monday at 9am. They ended-up no-showing. No call. No email. No follow up. Never heard back from these people, which is a good thing because if there work is anything like their communication, it would have been a waste of time and money with the end result. I would never trust this company to do anything with my home considering how unprofessional they are.

Called Handyman Connection and Patrick came out and was very friendly and no nonsense, and got me an estimate by the end of the day. He fixed it the following week and did an amazing job! Thanks Patrick!

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Current rating 4.7 star and on their way to a 5 star. Give Bethom a call and make sure to snag CJ as he is the best!

Covert assisted us on two occasions with a bathroom remodel. Initially, they were hired to perform a to the studs demo of an aged bathroom. They were prompt, thorough and respectful of the adjacent rooms. I was impressed with their preparedness and teamwork.

After our great experience with initial demolition, we had them return to sheetrock and tape the previously demo'd room. They were enthusiastically creative in matching previous coved ceiling/plaster walls with drywall and taping mud. It was art, not simple construction. James was/is the best. I am a seasoned DIY'er that is pleased with the quality of their work, professionalism and pride in their product. They helped me maintain the southwest character of my home.

My husband and I spent almost $20,000.00 with this company only to find that they do not stand behind the merchandise they sell. Long story, but the basics are bad customer service and Sterol-typical Contractor Nightmare remodel story...BUYER BE WARE!

My son wanted to make some changes in his new home. He was looking for a dependable contractor. I advised him to get in touch with Carmel Homes LLC and he dis accordingly. The company took the whole responsibility to make the changes. Thank Carmel Home LLC for keeping my advice.

David Blair the owner of Ace handyman services is a great boss I've worked for him in the past and now work for him again. He's always there for his employees and goes above and beyond for anybody who needs a helping hand. I've worked for multiple companies and have never had a boss who goes to a job and puts his hands on work and has the level of perfection that he requires. And then shows up and proves it. For someone like me who has 18+years on the job experience that says something.

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
