This is an absolutely outstanding company from start to finish. We recently added a section of concrete around our existing cool deck and Resurfaced the entire area with new coatings. They were prompt, professional, affordable, and most importantly, did a beautiful job on our pool area. The color is perfect and their attention to detail is second to none. If you need pool or garage coatings, look no further than arrowhead.

After receiving five estimates to repair and resurface the decking around my 14 year old pool, I decided to have NLKD do the job. Dave the owner came to my home and after examining my deck, gave me an estimate which was $1000.00 lower than my highest estimate. He explained what process he uses and it was the same that everyone else uses. NLKD had good reviews so I decided that I would contract with them. Dave said that when he got back to the office, he would check their calendar to see when they could start. Kelly contacted me from the office and said they could start on 9-14-22 and the job would take 2-3 days. The crew, Brandon and Angel were due to arrive between 8 & 9 on the 14th. The office contacted me on the 13th to advise me that they were running a little behind on a previous job and the crew would be at my home a couple of hours late on the 14th. ( most companies don’t let you know and leave you guessing). Anyway, they showed up at approx. 11:00 and immediately went to work. These two workers are the best that I have ever encountered. They did not waste any time getting started and had my pool bubble wrapped in no time and masked everything around the pool that could have received overspray from the process they used. On Friday, the 16th, Brandon and Angel finished my Kool Deck resurfacing and it looks better than it ever has. Brandon and Angel uncovered the pool, removed all of the masking that they had done and cleaned up any mess that they had made while completing the job. I cannot say enough good things about these two guys.
One other thing I would like to mention is the honesty and integrity of this company. When Dave examined my decking for the estimate.he found several areas where he felt that the cement was deteriorating and that those areas would require extra attention and a special coating to seal it. On the estimate this was a $300 charge. I asked Brandon how the cement looked after he finished grinding the coating off. He said that it looked fine and and didn’t feel that the special coating was going to be necessary after all. I mentioned this to Dave Sheehan, the owner, and he said that since Brandon felt that it wasn’t necessary, I had a refund of $300.00 coming back. A few days later Dave stopped by and presented me with my refund. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this company and his employees and highly recommend them to anyone that may need the type of concrete repair that they do. Miko and team did fantastic work remodeling our kitchen and our entire downstairs for that matter. From start to finish they were attentive, detail oriented, and easy to work with. I called the office and was pleasantly guided towards providing value. The staff provided an appointment for Tony to come out and visit our home. He was prompt, prepared, and literally ready to do the work on the spot. We scheduled out for a few days since we needed to be prepared to have the water turned off for him to do the work.

He came back though, completed the work better than my expectation, and the job is never a penny more than the quoted bid. You aren't paying for a guy to sit around and milk you for time and run the bill up. If it's $300, that's it. 1 hour or 3 hours, you are locked in which is a nice change from the guess work that can happen on vague project timelines.
