Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

Through Home Advisor I got a referral for Holtzman Home Improvement for my bathroom project of replacing my shower and replacing my garden tub with a sitting area. I chose Holtzman over the other 3 contractors that bid the project due to their quick response, professional procedures yet personal interaction of all of the staff. The office is well stocked with materials and software yet I was permitted to use tile materials of my own choosing.
Melanie, the liaison, visited the project to be sure I got exactly what I thought I was getting. Brandon, the owner, was always responsive to a cell call even when I had a follow up issue which he cheerfully resolved.

Mine was a small project so scheduling was a bit haphazard. Some surprise workman appearances and a few scheduled steps moved to other days; but it was completed in a reasonable time and the quality of workmanship was consistent. The tile installer Hector was above and beyond.
Holtzman pricing was similar to 2 of the other contractors.
I would definitely recommend Holtzman for bathroom and kitchen projects.

The team at Legacy saved my mental state after a different company left my bathroom in shambles. I contacted Legacy because I had seen the work they did on my parents house years before and knew they would be able to salvage and restore our bathrooms dignity! Immediately we were met with professionalism, honesty and transparency in regards to the project we wanted done. Between Brian, Ian and Ritchie, we never for a moment felt like things would get lost along the way or mishandled. And we were right-the job was impeccable. They scheduled with us in a timely manner, they kept the lines of communication open and updated daily and they answered all of my questions along the way. Not to mention how clean they kept everything during the process which was a concern for me considering i've been heavily pregnant the whole time. Oh and last but most importantly- THE TURN OUT!! We have two bathrooms now that look like they belong in a five star Spa. Theyre stunning, and everyone who comes over makes sure to let us know how incredible they are. They never called me back. They replaced 2 of my windows previously and did a great job. Which is why I called them to replace 2 more windows

Brian and Jerry were the best designers we could find. Before we even signed the contract, they took the time to create beautiful 3D renderings of how we wanted both baths and our bar to look. The finished result looked exactly like the renderings. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Expensive and seriously poor work.

In 2019 Trevor Day of Stronghold remodeled our bathroom in Chandler. Wow! He did an amazing job! Check his website photo gallery for pictures of our “Chandler Bathroom” project.
Trevor has extensive knowledge about all phases of construction and has a great eye for layout and design. Our project required gutting the existing space, including jackhammering the shower floor pan, as well as expanding the footprint of our master bathroom. In addition to handling all phases of the construction, Trevor also guided us through selection of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, tile flooring and a barnwood accent wall. He pointed us to suppliers throughout the Valley, all he has done business with before. The tile work in the shower and floors is meticulous, and beautiful! Our accent wall gives a warmth that we love and he even installed Bluetooth speakers in our shower celing.
Trevor is talented and professional. He’s very easy to work with and will help you achieve your remodeling dreams as he did with us.

I have worked with Atelier 507 on several projects. I have had nothing but positive experience with them. The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. They really understood what I wanted and brought European flair to my design. The attention to detail was absolutely top-notch! We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.
