We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

Remodels are always late and over-budget. I am sure you have heard that before. That summarizes our experience. We remodeled our floors, kitchen and bathroom. They were not cheap, end product was good but way over-budget, late and full of surprises. We made our selections and signed our lives away in March 2019, the project was completed in October 2019. We decided to finance the project, the sales rep indicated we would not need to provide a downpayment so we signed our lives away. A few months later the owner contacted us and indicated we needed to pay a 30% downpayment so that they could place the order. 30%!!!!!!!!

If they actually worked every business day this project would have taken 1 month.

Would I hire them again? NO
Would I go through a remodel again? NO

Paul and the team from Neoteric Builders are extremely professional and great communicators. They were willing to work around our schedule to get our kitchen remodel completed in the shortest amount of time. They told us what to expect every day and delivered on that promise.

Although there were a few supply issues, even they the guys managed to complete the task within the given time, they were very professional and educated. Keep up the excellent work.

Chris Boulton and Cornerstone Cabinets did an amazing job of turning my 1980's cramped and outdated kitchen into a thing of beauty! Chris came up with some great space saving solutions and at the same time was very in tune with what I was looking for. My new cabinets are absolutely beautiful and great quality. We used Orange Cactus (family owned and operated business) for our bathroom remodel as we wanted a shower that would be easy to clean and minimize issues with hard water deposits. We visited their showroom (Ray Rd and the Freeway) and talked to Veronica. Orange Cactus sells and installs Onyx Collection products allowing for a solid surface installation with minimum to no grout. She came out and measured the bathroom and gave us estimate the next day. The installers did a great job installing the shower and counters and the area was always clean. I would recommend them and intend to use them again for our other bathroom. They also do kitchen remodels.

They're meticulous and efficient and take care to make it look good, too. They did expert work, very detailed and cleaned up daily and was so nice and pleasant to work with.
