We recently hired KLB HomeCrafters for our bathroom remodel and installing new flooring. My husband and I have heard such horror stories of difficult contractors and remodeling drama from various people. Choosing KLB Homecrafters was the best decision we made! We were so impressed with Kelly and Kristen's professionalism, experience, integrity, and overall business savvy. High praise to them! We had the pleasure of working with 360 Kitchen Designs & Bath on remodeling our kitchen. They listened to all of our ideas and needs and they were extremely detailed and informative. I grew up seeing how happy Graciela made her customers in Tucson and Green Valley and now that we have a house of our own we decided immediately to work with her on a remodel of our kitchen. Premier was referred to me by a family member. The entire process was fantastic from design to install. My master bath is a large and the counter/cabinets is fairly odd shaped. They were able to offer design choices I would have never thought of and made the space much more functional and beautiful. The installers were amazing - I was able to move out of the master bedroom during the construction and they layed down protective coverings on the floor from the entry of the house all the way to the bathroom and hung plastic sheeting in the entry way to keep the dust contained and to a minimum. Always conscientious of their surroundings and my time (I still work from home so they let me know if major construction was going to occur). The construction is high quality and done to perfection . . . . and the tile!!! Cesar knows his stuff!! - I cannot imagine using anyone else for any kind of remodel. Kym, Kent, William, Martin, and Cesar - I got the A++ team for sure!

I cannot recommend Earthen Co Interiors enough... Having never used an interior designer before, I was a little hesitant, not knowing what to expect but Emily Johnson KILLED IT! I immediately fell in love with her portfolio and approach to design. The process is thorough and collaborative to ensure your taste is not only captured but cohesive and aligned. I promise you she is a magician and will transform your space beyond your wildest expectations. I get compliments ALL THE TIME and it's now the preferred spot for all social festivities. She is truly a magnificent talent and I can't wait to see what impact she'll make in the industry. If you're thinking of using an interior designer, please please please hire Emily. It's money well spent and I guarantee you will be left picking your jaw up from the floor...

We bought a house last fall that had a combination of wood floor, tile, old carpet, needed painting and major updating throughout. Kim and Dave helped us with the entire remodel, which include a bathroom remodel that we love. The primary challenge in the kitchen was the long, unappealing horizontal wall of cabinets. Kim and Dave provided us with a great way of breaking up the extensive wall of cabinets that we absolutely love (see before and after pictures below). Since we lived in Texas, we did a lot of communicating via phone, text, and email. Kim and Dave were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs, provided us with options, and also told us when our plans/ideas would not work and why. We loved working with them and their employees--all of whom were professional and trustworthy. We plan to work with them again in the future since we have another bathroom remodel we plan to do later.

We received great service from this company. They replaced our roof and painted the interior of our home. We also had new carpet installed. They answered our questions , addressed any concerns and made us happy. I really appreciated their professionalism.

As a first time owner doing renovations I was beyond nervous about finding a contractor to work with that I could trust to be fair with us and deliver quality work on time. After going through two projects with Capital Mark I can honestly say that working with them has been one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner. Kyle Zimmerman (the owner) is highly responsive, honest and extremely communicative about every step of the renovation process. You will never have to worry about Kyle not getting back to you or not knowing what's going on with your project.

My husband and I worked with Kyle and his teams on a full kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel in our home. I was so impressed by the meticulous detail Kyle kept on both jobs and how well organized him and his team were. There were rarely any deadlines missed and if there were schedule changes they were very clearly communicated and the work always got completed in a timely matter.

Given the complexity of supply chain issues we were dealing with in this pandemic time Kyle could have easily padded costs and timelines but he never did and will do everything he possibly can to make sure the agreed budget doesn't change. I spoke with many contractors prior to signing with Capital Mark and Kyle by far had the most fair pricing without compromising quality of work.

Capital Mark helped us from concept to design with both our projects and their designer Nancy was great in helping make my vision for the master bath come yo life. Both contractor teams we worked with (Larry on our Kitchen and Eric for our bathroom) we're highly professional, on time and helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our renovations. Everyone was extremely responsive and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or to be expected with our projects. We looked forward to having them in our home and would work with both teams again for future projects.

This business came and remodeled my kitchen! They did such an amazing job! If I ever need any other improvements done to to my home, I know who to ask!

This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.
