Nothing less than 5 stars for Sunset Tile and Bath. Our bathroom remodels turned out as amazing as we had hoped. Mark was very knowledgeable and helped us design our new bathrooms, with lots of great suggestions. Every detail was explained ahead of time and the entire process was very smooth. Mark and Kevin’s team were professional, neat and tidy, and masters at their craft. We are looking forward to updating our kitchen later this year and we will be going back to Sunset Tile and Bath.

They installed a bathtub for us in a bathroom that had only a walk-in shower.  The estimate for time and cost were both completely accurate.  They provided good guidance as we chose the tiles and the tub we wanted, and their work was professional and efficient.  We're really pleased with the results!.

Attention to detail, arriving on time, ready for work, honest, fair pricing and really great people to be around. Our experience with these guys was great and we feel like we made new friends too. Had an appointment lined up for an estimate for a full kitchen remodel at 8am on 9/6, got a call from Sam at 8:05 saying he was finishing up his last appointment and he was running 20 minutes late and asked if that was ok and I said it was fine, by 8:55 he still wasn't here so I called and asked if he was still coming and he told me he didn't punch my address in the gps and I was further than he thought, he said he has an hour window to show up to an appointment which I was never told about, and then he said he never told me he was running late the first time he called, then when he filled showed up an hour late he was walking to my front door yelling at this secretary, HORRIBLE customer service, there are too many home remodel places in the area to have to put up with someone like Sam, stay away from this guy!

Dan is really informative. He called me and we had a great conversation about what he offers. I believe he does high quality work with made in america products. Based on my conversation, I would trust him and use him in the future. The only reason we did not is because we didn't want to manager several vendors ourselves as Dan only does the cabinets. Plus we probably won't be in the house more than 3-4 years.

If you need quality cabinets, I think Dan can get it done for you.

We used Kirk for a kitchen remodel about a year ago. They are high cost for low quality work. They took three times as long to complete the kitchen (almost a year and with no materials delays mind you) causing us to bring home our newborn child to a house with no functioning kitchen. They didn’t complete the work to plan, misplacing the island and throwing off the entire layout. When we made complaints, they spoke a good game about taking responsibility but didn’t take any corrective actions. A year later from the reno and the cabinet draws they installed are falling apart, the plumbing they did beneath the sink fell apart causing water damage to the island. We highly recommend avoiding Kirk construction at all costs.

We hired Hochuli Design & Remodeling to do a pretty big job for us, updating a mid-century house in Tempe. The design phase was enjoyable. Lorrie did a great job understanding our sense of style to come up with a plan for a kids’ bathroom, entryway storage, new fireplace facade, dining room, and of course a beautiful kitchen. Decisions were made in a timely fashion and they were willing to modify the plans a couple times to get the budget into our preferred range. Construction went smoothly and quickly and we appreciated the daily reports made available to us. In addition, the billing was handled in a very organized and convenient way, with electronic payments made easy via their website. All in all we are very happy with the way the house turned out and we would use their services again if we ever needed to do another project.
