Best Remodel Home in Phoenix AZ

Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling has completed a few jobs so far at my house (one that is occurring as I type this review) and I'll have them do my upcoming bathroom remodel as well. The crew is professional, friendly and timely. Everything they promise is delivered and at a fair price and they leave no trace when they've finished the job. Highly recommend.

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!

I will echo everyone else's positive comments about PCC Roofing. I can't say enough good things about the company and its employees. We needed our very old residential roof replaced and got bids from three companies, PCC being one of them. Sean at PCC was much more thorough than the other two companies and explained everything, including advice on roof color to complement our house.

We felt the bid was fair. We set a date for the work. The supplies and crew showed up when promised. Everything was done in the time frame discussed and a great new roof was the result.

I have been involved with a number of residential construction projects and have had the pleasure and displeasure of working with good and bad construction crews. PCC is one of the great ones! I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Several neighbors have already asked for PCC's contact info.

My husband and I spoke with Ray and at first were very pleased. we were going to install a giant sliding glass door in our new home. we learned after we put down $5000 that he was just a salesman. He misused our funds by hiring an engineer first before even pulling the plans from the city. He miscommunicated to the engineer what we wanted and completely misquoted. He kept saying we didn't have a post-tension slab when we told him multiple times that we did. We kept getting told yeah, that's what I've said after we corrected him on multiple things: he originally recommended the complete opposite (i.e. drilling into the foundation on a known post-tension slab). Misuse of funds entirely, didn't send us the correct refund amount, and disregarded what we wanted/our budget. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This guy should be locked up - repaired the roof of the home i am in for the previous owner. failed to put in a double sheath - he told the owner it had a double sheath. We bought the home -and it rained in Oct for a few days., water leaked into the home the exact placec that he said he did the repair.. Mark Dunn estimate to repair his mistake was for $5000. He would not fix what he messed up for less.
I found my old roofer in Scottsdale and he did nit for $550.

Phoenix Roofing recently replaced our entire roof. The gentlemen started on our roof on a Monday and were completely finished by Thursday. By the end of Thursday not only was our roof just beautiful, there wasn't a scrap of discarded shingle, any nails, or any debri to be found in our yard!
It is truly nice to deal with the company and a rep (Shelby) who makes and keeps their commitments, is sensitive to their customers needs, as employees who really care about the quality of their work, and truly want their customer to be pleased!

I was absolutely happy with the work Randall Cloud and his crew did for my home! It was a good sized job and they did great work, made my roof look like new and cleaned up all the mess on their way out. I would recommend Randall's company to anyone needing help. He is someone you can trust to do what he says he will do, which is priceless in today's world!

Ronald came out to check my roof cause of a leak. Found out it was the elbow on my air conditioner. Wrote out all instructions for the air tech. Quoted me a reasonable price for foam roof. Said I didn't really need it now. Wished me a Merry Christmas and left. No charge. Very nice and up front!

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. I called this company yesterday when Augusto missed our appointment. He said he had the wrong day scheduled. Today was the day confirmed and he was a no show again. This has made a really bad first impression and I am no longer interested in doing business with Centrik Roofing.

Pro West did a great job w our whole experience w replacing our roof. We worked w Jordan Menke who was very responsive , patient , and professional and was supportive thru all steps of the experience.
