After an unfortunate water leak, we needed to get new wood flooring for the bedroom. European Design Flooring was the only store in the valley (we must have looked at 10+) that had a diverse selection and worked closely with us to make a great match. The customer service was wonderful, and the delivery of the wood on the earlier side which was greatly appreciated when the house was in disarray before the holidays. If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

They installed laminate flooring throughout the house. Did an excellent job, showed up when they promised they would, and cleaned up after the work. Everybody was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great company.

Installed hardwood flooring for us. The price was fair. The project started and finished on time. We had some worries about material availability but we were kept adequately informed and in the end everything arrived on time. George the installer did a great job with the install. I have worked with other hardwood companies in the past- I wish I had found Chris and Eagle Flooring sooner. I would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The were professional, neat and efficient in the installation of our 2500 sq. ft. of flooring. Their entire staff was great to work with, and, would definitely recommend them. JT

We stopped all work when they put the tile down unstaggered. They will take advantage of your kindness and weakness by staying till 10pm on a weekday. Expect you to not bother them on Sunday when they have employees at our house. Agreed to not charge to remove and fix but did not want to pay for replacement tiles. Send only one tile layer . Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in management. Project manager is the only one to talk to. They also took full payment from our account and the job is incomplete. I am currently waiting for someone to resolve this issue..
