Homework Remodels remodeled our kitchen, backyard, patio, and two bathrooms. They restored our second-story balcony when its floor leaked. Their work was excellent. Steve Shinn designed the kitchen and the patio. We have been completely satisfied.

Easy to work with this team. Ive worked with many contractors over the years and I must say this is the first time Ive ever really been impressed. They showed up daily on time, worked hard the whole time they were there, listened to what we wanted, did an awesome job, completed on time as promised, fairly priced and cleaned up their job site daily. Would definitely recommend and will use them again if needed. Thanks to Jeremy for reaching out to my request, and thanks Mark and Ben for helping us create our dream shower!!

Our Installers, Mark H and Blake K, were phenomenal! They were a pleasure tohave in our home. They spoke well of their company and were extremely professional.. Work ethic was so evident in all their work. This was the 3rd project we hired TWD to do in our home. Their quality of workmanship is perfection. Everyone from the office staff to the field workers are very professional and friendly. Of all the kitchen and bathroom remodelers my wife and I checked out Holtzman Remodeling/Home Improvement had by far the best designs and most upfront prices and warranty. Our contractor Dan was awesome! Very professional and delivered on all of his commitments! Dan let us know that he works with Anthony with Trinity and sent us to his location to pick everything out. After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Had a very good experience with Legacy. Did what they promised to deliver in the time they estimated. There were a few unknowns to deal with along the way but these people are problem solvers and they figure out options. New extension and master bath, new office/bedroom and new guest bath. Particularly like the the attention to dust control throughout the project as we lived through it in the house. Nice work from the main crew, Ritchie, Jacob, Jeremy and Floyd. Very happy with it. I'd use them again.

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

Best Company we hired by far/ Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. This company finished on time on scheduled and with in budget. Don't Hire any other company then this company. The best in Arizona by far

His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. We definitely would recommend Atelier507 to anyone needing a talented architect or considering a remodel/renovation project.
