Best Home Improvement Project in Phoenix AZ

My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

We hired them to fix a botched skip trowel job in our kitchen. They kept us informed of when they would be there, showed up on time, were extremely neat and clean in the process. Job was extremely well done and they showed a great attention to detail. Excellent. Highly recommend.

Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists of their skill. I'm not easily impressed but this time… Absolutely!! Christina was very helpful and showed me a bunch of different options and I really liked what she showed me all around, she did a great job at explaining prices as well. She knew what she was doing and seemed to be very experienced, she knew what colors would look good on my counter tops as well as my cabinets. All around great service and would recommend to a friend or family member!

From the first meeting with Brian to the end of my remodel I had excellent customer service. Jerry, Debbie, Jeremy, Ritchie, and Scott are a great team. I remodeled my laundry room, powder room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, and hallway and I LOVE it! So much fun working with Debbie and picking out flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. Jerry was the Supervisor and always kept me updated on what to expect when. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail made this project easy and painless. I would recommend the Legacy Team for any of your remodel projects. You won't be disappointed.

Working with Maxum Design and Construction has been great. When I was worried my rain shower was not high enough Taylor and John came out within a half hour to discuss. Great response! Designs are awesome! ADA compatible; I have MS. I love the quality execution by construction crew led by James.

We love our new LTV floor that Trevor installed for us. Our whole house feels updated after getting the worn out carpeting out of there. He did a wonderful job transitioning up to our existing tile and he completed the job exactly as promised. We would highly recommend him and will use him again.

I have worked with Atelier 507 on several projects. I have had nothing but positive experience with them. The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. They really understood what I wanted and brought European flair to my design. The attention to detail was absolutely top-notch! Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

Advertised one price that included materials, finishing and installation. $1,000 minimum. When I spoke with a young lady on the phone, after describing what I needed done, she started throwing out $800, for the materials and $1,200 for labor. When I asked about their website, she said that was wrong.
I don't like being lied to. I don't like being played for a fool.
I will never do business with this bunch of dishonest people.
Looks like they have changed their website.
Don't care. Never shopping with them again.

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
