Best Home Improvement Project in Phoenix AZ

Lyons did my roof 8 years ago and looks as good today as it did when first installed. So when my 90 year old grandmother needed her roof, i knew who i was going to call. Her roof job did not go as smooth as mine at no fault to the owners or friendly office staff, everything was handled as if it was the owners grandmothers house. I would not hesitate to hire the lyons team again and I can not thank them enough for the type of quality and attention they put into her roof. These guys are beyond professionals and should be the first call you make if needing a roof. With that said Lyons is not the cheapest but they are the best in quality and definently customer service and the price is fair. Thank you Pepper and everybody that helped out my grandmother. These people are the A-team.

My only complaint with this company is that after sending them blueprints of two large projects I needed proposals of and after being told three times that they were interested and would get back to me, they never contacted me with a yes or a no? Would have been professional to at least tell me they were to busy.

I had a roof that was damaged by a big storm and needed to get it fixed. A family friend recommended them so I gave the number a call. Ryan came to look at the roof and said it had to be replaced. He walked me through the whole process and helped talk to the insurance company to make sure they were aware the roof had to be replaced because it couldn’t be repaired. Ryan was friendly and very communicative during the whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to any family or friends who need repairs done on their roof.

Gryphon Roofing was excellent, fixing a complex leak as well as the mess left by the first roofers we had. I could not be more impressed and pleased with Alberto, who worked alone (!), speedily and skillfully, and shared photographs that documented the work done. Once everything was ordered and set up it only took 2 days to complete the guys worked really hard and did a great job. The boss Joseph was kind and always available to answer my questions.

They never follow through or return calls

Needed some changes in the kitchen. I was looking for a good licensed company in Phoenix to get it done but I was on a tide budget. I care a lot about the quality of work as well as insurance and libility of the companyt in case something happens. We had a bad experiance in the past when a un-licensed contractor cut his hand in our house and we had to hire a lawyer to prove we didnt hire him but the contractor we did hire.
I didn’t want my investment to go in vain. It’s a tricky business somehow, I could manage things with the help of Nehemiah Builders Inc. Great people to work with and the guys are skilled. I liked that. Dealing with them for the first few days, I knew my money is in safe hands. I would recommend them for any renovation job in Phoenix. Liked their response, thumbs up from me!
