My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I was over charged, for cheap plastic finishings. I am still in the process of repairing what was done myself since the company ghosted me back in December of 2022. They keep asking for a survey which I find interesting, since they know my experience. I got tired of the SPAM and so here is my honest experience. The corp office is even worse that the franchise I worked with, they could care less and just hung up on me.

We had both bathrooms remodeled! Derek and his entire team were wonderful to work with! Anytime I had questions Derek was available to answer them! The installers were professional and did a great job! We love our new bathrooms and get lots of compliments from family and friends!!

I needed help with a damaged cultured marble shower surround. Scotty was awesome. He had the correct material on hand and his price was very fair. Will definitely look to AZ BathMasters for future projects!

I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom! We got exactly what we envisioned and then some! The quality of work that was done was beyond impeccable-Andy and his entire team were extremely professional, on time, and very respectable of our home. The communication was outstanding and our bathroom was completed on time. TWD is now our go to for our future remodeling services . Can’t wait to have our other bathroom done. Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

Rude phone sales person. Told him not interested at this time and he smarted off at me saying. I knew you were going to say that. They had failed to do follow up in the past. No thanks

Had shower doors installed in late Jan 2019, and of Mar18 2019 still have not had bad side of shower doors replaced

Veny and his crew were on time and did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen backsplash. His advice was spot on. Sando and Olivia were extremely professional in their tile installation and cleanup. They exceeded our expectations in every way and when they left our kitchen was not only wonderful to look at, but was very clean and ready to go. Extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.

The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. WE love NEW BATH.. We dont have enough words to say all that we love about our new bathroom. Our vision came to life with the assistance of the design consultant. The work was done in a timely manner as promised and the work was so professional. The staff were friendly and respectful in our home. I would give them 10 stars if I could, you would be silly if you went with another company.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
