What a fantastic bathroom reno experience. From my first call to request a quote to the last handshake after the job was completed, this was a painless process. This was a weeklong project that ran into a complication here and there, but John always had a solution. Michael did a great job working alongside his crew mates while managing the job on site. Roberto's tile work was masterful, bordering on a work of art, truly beautiful craftsmanship. Chotto did a fantastic job with installing the new windows and re-routing the electrical work. Shane's precision painting was impeccable and his attention to detail was impressive. I can not say enough good things about this experience and have already recommended Allure to my boss. John's estimate matched his invoice, which was a little surprising since we had to make some adjustments along the way. You won't go wrong hiring Allure for our next bathroom project.

I had (3) Bathroom remodel and the job was completed in 6 weeks. I allow them to enter my home while i was out on vacation. Every bathroom exceeded what I image. This group is a great team . Thanks again PHR for such a great job.

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

The best remodeling experience I’ve ever had. The process was transparent and on-time, and the quality of work is exceptional. The new tub/shower and backsplash are beautiful. Deb, Drew and all did a great job! I would hire them again without hesitation.

From the beginning of the process including the initial call, I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the professionalism extended to me by Audra, Paul and their talented crew. Audra is very detailed oriented and has amazing design skills. Paul and his crew are very conscientious and provided many barriers to protect my home during the construction process. I already have other projects planned for this very trustworthy company. Also, I felt the cost was very reasonable I would not hesitate to recommend Sunset Tile & Bath to anyone.

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

Every worker was not only on time, but they all asked for my input into their tasks. Austin, my project manager, was very professional and communicative and made what could have been a stressful time, an enjoyable one. I would use TWD again ina heartbeat.

I am so glad I decided to go with Maxum for my kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. The communication was top notch, the workers kept the space clean as best they could and were very respectful. We made an appointment for the estimate on a Friday . Had to call to see why the had shown up. They never scheduled my estimate ! Don’t waste your time like I did and call someone else.

From beginning to completion - Jeff and his team do quality work. My wife and I were pleased that from demo to cleanup everyone was nice and professional. We couldn't be happier with the results and give Stellar Kitchen and Bath our highest recommendation. Our work included a redesign of the kitchen island, under-cabinet lights, granite counter tops and back splash.

Our installer, Jacob, and his crew did a great job staying on schedule and communicating that schedule and planned work. The end results were very nice and we are enjoying our new bathroom after just a week remodeling.

We were introduced to this company (Tabitha) from a contractor we were going to hire to do a renovation on a home we just bought. He sent us to Renovation Inc to look at various materials for cabinets, shower, floors & countertops. From the start Tabitha was very unfriendly and acted like we were taking up her precious time. The store hours on the door say they are open on Saturday, but in a conversation with Tabitha, who came off as very snotty, told us that they are wrong and they just started to close on Saturday. Luckily, we had an appointmen but we arrived early thinking we could look around the showroom until our appointment time. Once they arrived, we were introduced to the couple. The husband was very nice and friendly. Tabitha was not. She never smiled, never tried to build a rapport with us - didn't seem to care about earning our business. She may be talented in decorating, but she is not talented when it comes to connecting with a customer, making the customer feel that they matter, and that she wanted our business. In today's market, there are a lot of design options. Tabitha really needs to learn the importance of customer interaction and the importance of it. Her interaction told us that she thought was too busy and good for us and didn't want to say or do anything to prove otherwise. In text messages she never said thank you or you're welcome. Honestly, she is the rudest person I've ever seen who owned a business and who supposedly wants to work with people and earn business.

We took samples with us, and she told us she was going to meet with the contractor at the house to do measurements. We sent photos of our choices and of course, promised to bring the samples back asap. There was a miscommunication, and she was unwilling to do get the measurements done, even though it was her and the contractor's miscommunication fault. I was having dental surgery trying to accommodate her busy schedule. With all of this we decided that it was obvious Tabitha did not want our business and the contractor also lost our business because of her lack of customer service and flexibility. Once we fired them she kept texting us asking for the samples even though we promised we would return them within 48 hours - which we did. WIth the exception of the husband, the other guy that was there when the samples were dropped off was as unfriendly as Tabitha. Hopefully this review will help her learn that the customer is the basis of a business - not her so-called talent. I would stay away!

Have you ever heard of a bathroom remodel taking 5 days from start to finish? These guys were miraculous! I needed a new walk in shower with no edge for my handicapped client who was released unexpectedly from the hospital, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Luis and his team do incredible work. They amazed me by leaving the bathroom completely clean everyday when they left. Dust was kept to a minimum, the floor was swept and they even washed the mirrors! That is the kind of detail you can look forward to at Planet Remodel. Communication could use a bit of improvement but the value and quality of work were outstanding.
