They were efficient, fair, trustworthy, communicative and SO easy to work with. We felt confident leaving them to finish the job without us onsite and knew what was happening with the project every step of the way. Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Holtzman impressed us by there process
When we signed our contract we had a welcome call for the company within 5 days from signing our contract. They went over there 5 steps process with us. We had communication and new all there process and what to expect every step of the way. There custom service department answer all our question. Will our superintendent went over are customer portal with us and the calendar so we new when the trades were coming to our home. There text message feature is great . Holtzman provide the worker that is coming to our home and what trade we can expect that day. There entire process from start to finish was very organized and it’s the best company we every work with. The workers and there finished product is exactly what the rendering they provide to us. We couldn’t be happier with our remodel. Definitely Holtzman is our contractor for life .

We have a beautiful kitchen! We had very friendly and competent administrative staff and contractors. It became evident early on that their desire to have a satisfied customer was not only verbal but in action. As in most construction there are hitchups along the way, but big or small they were quick to make it right.

The renovation was a little above our budget, but we are really happy! You get what you pay for. The peace of mind of having responsible and trustworthy workers throughout the project made it all worth it!

Our remodel consisted of tearing out all existent (35 year old) cabinetry and “ceiling of lights” in the kitchen, installing new cabinetry, granite countertops and sink, tile backsplash, new dishwasher, disposal, and sink fixtures and recessed lighting and drywall repair. Scheduling for workers was done in an organized manner and an online calendar assessable to all interested parties was maintained with new updates when necessary. Everything was done in a timely manner, with an open line of communication from start to finish. We love the staff and all the contractors associated with TWD. Keep up the great work!

I am so glad that I hired Maxum! I met with Stephanie and John and they came out and looked at my master bathroom and got measurements. I had a outdated bathroom and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I went to their showroom in Phoenix to pick out my tile and granite countertop the design they came up was AMAZING!! I obtained three price quotes to replace my laminate countertop. XLT not only gave me a great price, but were also professional, friendly, courteous and competent. They completed the work on schedule and did an excellent job. I had an existing laminate backsplash with tile above and they were able to remove the old countertop without damaging the existing tile. I am so delighted with XLT. The installers were amazing, as well. Hire them! You will be so happy you did.

The Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team not only restored our home after a flood, but redesigned our kitchen to be very efficient and beautiful. They somehow managed to make it look much larger in the same space. Lorrie presented great ideas from which to choose and was great to work with when selecting the newest updated materials. Scott made sure that the project stayed right on schedule until completion, which was 5 days earlier than promised. John, the PM, did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the results. They are very easy to reach and respond quickly for any additional needs now that the work is finished.

Premier did a great job on our recent Mst Bath remodel. Can't say enough about how great of a job they did from prep work to cleanliness through completion. The tile work was exceptional. So happy we used them and will use them in the future.
