Best Whole Home Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. Phoenix Home Remodeling recently remodeled my kitchen and master bath. Jeremy, Ben, and Mark are incredibly professional! We chose designer cabinets which take a bit longer, and the results are incredible and very high quality! Both the kitchen and master bath and many other projects they completed throughout my entire home are perfect and exactly how I dreamed they would turn out! Several friends and family have been to my newly remodeled home and they can’t get over how amazing it looks! The quality of the work is beyond my expectations! We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

OUTSTANDING!!!Holtzman and all of there wonderful employees have made our remodel a dream. Everyone we have worked with is highly experienced in the industry, prideful in their work, and personable. They have been honest, straightforward, and fair in pricing. They take the time to understand your priorities and provide council through the decision making process. The craftsmanship has been great, they leave our house in good order every day and are friendly to our dog. We have been so thrilled with the remodel they did on our bathrooms that we signed for our master bath and main home flooring.

Mike is our construction managers- He is on top of it, communicative, so easy to work with and cares about the quality as much as we do. Grace is our design consultant-She has made is so easy to make design selections, is patient and creative.

As my girlfriend and I were planning to move in together, we decided on a full remodel of my 25-year-old home. We researched contractors throughout the greater Phoenix area. Initial factors which led to our decision to hire TWD included being a Certified Partner of Rosie on the House, the overall independent reviews and the preliminary information on their website outlining their process including their on-line project management tool.

Working with Ron Labrie through the design phase was a pleasure. He ensured all details were addressed. From his extensive experience, he quickly assessed our preferences and overall style and provided suggestions which helped us narrow the multitude of decisions to be made. He is also familiar with the newest products and design trends but balances that with timeless recommendations that will stand the test of time. Ron also recommended design features that we would never have thought to include. His detailed plans provided an assurance that all the details were addressed and provided the needed information for HOA-related changes. His humor and “tell it like it is” approach was greatly appreciated and resulted in a fabulous finished project.
The project began with a job meeting at our home. Expecting to meet with the project manager and designer, I was pleasantly surprised when each of those responsible for major parts (electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinets, etc.) of the remodeling also attended and reviewed each of the steps of the project which allowed us to catch any last-minute changes. This reduced the need for change orders during the project. An online job calendar which was updated daily with photos of each step completed was available throughout the process.

Our project manager, Austin, was in constant communication checking in on each step to ensure any major decision points during the process were correct. He was responsive to our questions and any change inquiries had. And, Austin was excellent in spotting and changing any work that was not up to their standard.

Despite moving out during the complete remodeling, we never felt out of the loop and we can say that the overall experience was not only exciting but also a pleasure. TWD helps take the complexity out of a remodeling project. The work was completed right on schedule. Without a doubt, we would recommend TWD for any of your remodeling needs. Their attentiveness, professionalism and customer service were evident throughout the project and resulted in a beautiful remodeling exceeding our expectations.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Just being honest...Staff walked out in the middle of our project. Our counter tops were lost, but after our own phone calls they were found. The cabinets are terrible construction. Measurements taken wrong leaving under floor exposed & used ugly trim to cover it. Ceiling raised & so uneven special trim had to be made. Wrong color cabinets installed. I was told its all in the lighting & that I signed off on the color which I did sign, but in planning we picked a color & told them that we absolutely did not want the color installed. Project took almost 1 year (11 months.) There were days that workers did not show up. We had to call to find out why. We were told many times, so & so would be here & after waiting all day, it would be another no show. We are just happy this is done. My husband will fix the small thing that need to be fixed.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! The project was completed on time and within our budget. So far, we have gotten so many compliments from family and friends. We highly recommend Ben and his team. Thank you Ben!!

Honest and reliable

They did an excellent job working with me. Communication was always clear and the quality of the work was top-notch.

The Remodel store is a local company that we didn’t even know about until we attended a neighborhood fair. They transformed my shower. Georgina and Sam were professional and easy to work with. I didn’t feel like they overcharged me. We had some minor issues but we were sure to let them know right away. They were quick to take action to remediate the situation and also didn’t hesitate to apologize when necessary.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.

They're meticulous and efficient and take care to make it look good, too. They did expert work, very detailed and cleaned up daily and was so nice and pleasant to work with.

ABA is very experienced, knowledgeable and very fair in his pricing. I had them remodel on my kitchen, bathroom and made my 4th garage into the beautiful theater room. You can count on any tasks around the house to them. Thanks to ABA and highly recommended!

D&D Construction is a company that I will avoid because no one answers their phone nor call back.

We used XLT to remodel our guest bathroom and were satisfied with the quality of their work. Leonel was responsive and quickly provided a detailed estimate after his partner Fernando came to look at the job. We got a few other estimates and XLT was less expensive than most with good reviews, so we went with them. We bought the tile, toilet and vanity ourselves for them to install, and he contracted someone for the glass sliding doors. We had some minor scheduling issues and small miscommunications during the project, but overall we're happy with how it came out. We would use them again and recommend this business for bathroom projects.

Working with Premier was the best experience I have ever had with a remodel. They built out a new bathroom, wine room and kitchen. The end result was unbelievable. They were on top of communication, permits, updates, quality of work, etc.
