Best Water Damage Home in Phoenix AZ

The products are really good. We had a hard time getting a solid installation date, and 2 bathrooms were done at one time. The Master (while it was custom) was always being pushed out. Once it was apart, they were able to do it in about 4-6 days. We couldn't use our shower because they broke the glass and that took additional time to get in. I believe they were having issues with personnel at the time, but I still had to pay full price for all these inconveniences.

Absolutely the best service and results. Looks better than when it was new.

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

I had them do some major remodeling at my church and my office.
They had to take down walls and put up new ones. They also did new flooring.
Their work was clean and professional.

We contacted Miracle Method of Tempe when every recommended bathtub refinishing company told us our tub was beyond repair. Miracle Method told us they could repair it and came out and helped us select the best color to match our fixtures. The repairman did his job very well and even worked late both days to make sure we got our bathtub back as scheduled. To make a long story short, our tub looks better than new!

Do Not Use! If I could give Negative stars, I would!! Enough said...

We used Rhino for roof leak we had over the summer. It was an absolute pleasure working with Everado and team. They worked closely with the insurance company and made sure everything was aligned per the inspection. Would highly recommend Rhino to anyone looking to do renovations.

Kenny and his team did a great job on a water damage restoration project at our house. Essentially our entire floor needed to be retiled after a major plumbing pipe issue. He got started almost immediately, was very communicative throughout the whole process, and was very easy to work with. I also greatly appreciated the attention to detail. The finished product looks perfect, and we are very happy with our experience with Acuity Builders.

They did an amazing kitchen for me I highly recommend them and Next they’re doing my bathrooms.

Stole my $25,000 and walked off the job. He told me the job would cost me $12,000 then I paid him $25,000 and he demanded another $16,000.00 He is a scam. Stay away from him.
