Joe, from House Doctors, came out and explained what would need done and quoted the estimate. Joe handled everything. At the time they did not have a roofer on their team so Joe contacted an outside contractor that he knew did quality work and managed the whole process. The work was done on time and each person that came out to do part of the job was professional and did solid work.

I don't use my real name on here before they claim I'm not on file. Called to ask where my technician was. Lady on the phone say he lost track of time. Head must've been in the clouds. Her exact words. He needs to be disciplined to respect people's time. Taking extended breaks when people take time off work and wait days to get someone to come out is unacceptable. I'll do my own repair. I lost a lot of money today waiting.
