In regards to performing the actual jacking of our home Ram Jack did a good job. However, the work to get there was not satisfactory. They quoted the job to be completed in six days. It took them 4 weeks to complete the job. They were not careful when digging out the holes to drill the piers. They damaged the house brick, dug up shrubs, damaged water lines. It took several calls and visits for an agreement we both were satisfied with. Not impressed with this company overall.

I cannot express enough gratitude to James Belville, owner of Concrete Repairman. There are many companies out there today, who would gladly sell you something that you do not need just to make a buck, but not James, he has too much integrity for that.
We contacted him when we ripped up the carpet and noticed multiple cracks in the concrete slab of our home.To a layperson like me , this seemed like a huge issue that would cost a lot of money to fix. But upon James arrival, he reassured me that this was simply not the case. He took atleast an hour of his time, explaining in detail why the foundation was cracking, walked the perimeter with us pointing out any signs of excess moisture. He then went above and beyond, telling us how to rectify the situation. He not only educated us, he empowered us. Thank you James for your honesty and expertise. You and your company are truly amazing.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
