We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Not only were we very satisfied with the original bathroom remodels Holtzman did for us, but we have been equally satisfied with the warranty process. We recently had a leak from our bathtub. We had to completely remodel our entire bathroom and we felt at ease as they communicated and walked us through every step of the way. Recently we had a kitchen remodel done through the Premier Kitchen and Bath Mesa location. The kitchen is gorgeous!! As with any project there were a few issues during construction but I must say that they were immediately addressed and resolved to our COMPLETE satisfaction. The results were AMAZING! There has not been a single day since completion that my wife does not comment on how happy she is.

Luxury Remodels has just completed the remodel of 2 bathrooms and before that our kitchen and we're very pleased with the results. Roxie did a tremendous job of providing designs and project managers Steve (baths) and Dave (kitchen) were very professional and communicative during the process.

We first met Tony, the owner of Ruidoso a few years ago when he was working for another company. At that time Tony did an outstanding job on the remodeling of our bathrooms. Since Tony has formed his own company we have used him for several jobs around our home. We are always impressed with his professionalism, his attention to detail, his knowledge of construction and his quality workmanship. He and his crew are easy to have around and easy to work with. Ruidoso excels at customer service. Tony responds quickly, arrives on time, works hard and leaves the worksite in great condition. We would not hesitate to recommend Ruidoso Remodeling and we will use them again in the future.

RetroPro is one of the best in the Valley. They are very professional all the way through the project. They are VERY detail-oriented and make sure you get exactly what you want. They help up-front with ideas for design but ultimately enable the homeowner to achieve their vision. The workers are top-notch; they show up at the same time every day, wearing masks, and are very courteous and humble while in your household. I found their work to be reasonably priced for the quality we got!

They are amazing. I honestly can't say enough good things about the work they do.

Keith and Serranos are unprofessional and not dependable. He gave me a quote for quartz countertops installation that was higher than other fabricators but I decided to accept it based on positive reviews. He didn't like the idea I wanted to buy slabs from Arista Stones, saying they are not responsible when their materials are defective. When I insisted because I liked the slab, he asked me to change my Sales Rep from the one I worked with to one he preferred. He said that my rep just got fired. As I heard none of these were true. I talked to a new rep, I bought a new sink and a faucet and, took a day off at work and was ready for templating. A day before, Keith just texted me, he was not going to do the project, without providing a reason. Regardless of Serranos response to this review, I would not use them and recommend to stay away.

We just had our initial consultation with Christina. She was very professional and detailed in explaining everything from the products used, the installation process and listening to our vision of our new cabinets. Would recommend not only the company but her specifically. Looking forward to the project!
