Most people love their house after a renovation, but not so many can say they loved the process....I did!
This company holds itself to such a high standard of workmanship and communication, it exceeded all my expectations. I am a perfectionist, but so are they.
They love their work. They explain processes, show up on time, guide you when needed, answer calls and concerns immediately. The finished product is amazing.
At the end of the process we felt like family!

Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

Derek from Aqua Therapy Tubs was amazing! I have referred this company to numerous friends and family due to their outstanding service, timeliness and quality. My dad had a fall and we needed to have the tub removed to make it safer for him. Derek was on time, went through all the options available and worked with our budget. What I really appreciated with Derek and the company was the no pressure or hassle. Thank you again!

POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! The quality of the work is great, when workers eventually do respond. The company fails tremendously at communicating schedule updates and changes. I have asked from the beginning of the project for a schedule to completion and am lucky if I can get them to commit to 2 consecutive days. I was quoted a 3-4 month project duration and am currently on month 6 with no end in sight. I've gone through 4 job superintendents (5 if you include the owner himself) and have had a very disheartening experience with this remodel. I will never recommend this company!

Jesus and Antonio did a great job. Antonio's texture match of our ceiling and the fix of our ceiling cracks were perfect. The next day painter ensured the finishing work was done to our satisfaction. The project manager was very professional following up each day to insure our satisfaction. I highly recommend TWD.

I currently work for Ben and finally found an employer that isn’t afraid or to good to bust his butt day in day out on the whole project with his employees! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... The team at Legacy saved my mental state after a different company left my bathroom in shambles. I contacted Legacy because I had seen the work they did on my parents house years before and knew they would be able to salvage and restore our bathrooms dignity! Immediately we were met with professionalism, honesty and transparency in regards to the project we wanted done. Between Brian, Ian and Ritchie, we never for a moment felt like things would get lost along the way or mishandled. And we were right-the job was impeccable. They scheduled with us in a timely manner, they kept the lines of communication open and updated daily and they answered all of my questions along the way. Premium services. As a repeat customer I requested mask and shoe covers, which were honored. Floors and furniture were covered before any work began. Finished project, four canned lights for living room and two canned lights for closet. These updates and upgrades have made a huge difference to our home.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best.
