My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

Holtzman home Improvement remodeled my entire kitchen recently. We are so pleased with the AMAZING job. They gutted out the cabinets, countertops, removed all of the old lighting and lighting fixtures. When they originally started the job they came with samples and blueprints and we did not think what they imagined was going to even be possible. When they came in to remove everything they were so clean that you couldn't even see any mess or dust on the bare floors. Then they sent in a drywall team who patched everything over and fixed the holes where all of our old lighting fixtures and switches were. Then they sent an electrician who rewired everything and installed modern can lighting that evenly lined the dining room and kitchen. Then their plumbing team came in and connected the water lines and set up the reverse osmosis. Then the guys came and installed the cabinets and then the counter tops and sink was installed. This kitchen remodel turned out exactly as they had originally said it would and it actually took less time than we had planned for. Everyone we had the pleasure of speaking to was professional and showed great workmanship. They were so clean and just so pleasant to see everyday in my home. I recommend them to everyone and I'm excited to FINALLY be hosting a family event in our home to show off the wonderful work!

The drywall repair work was done so well that the damage could not be seen. Excellent work, excellent clean up. I would highly recommend. Also, they went above and beyond to make us happy.

Endless ads online.... to me this is intrusive and indicates they over-spend on customer acquisition, which of course means they're going to be very, very expensive.

Veny went out of his way to bring me samples on the day that I took my mother to her eye appointment. He actually met me in the parking lot. Now that’s service!!!!
My first choice of quartz was no longer available so he found another sample that was perfect.

Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists of their skill. I'm not easily impressed but this time… Absolutely!! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I was over charged, for cheap plastic finishings. I am still in the process of repairing what was done myself since the company ghosted me back in December of 2022. They keep asking for a survey which I find interesting, since they know my experience. I got tired of the SPAM and so here is my honest experience. The corp office is even worse that the franchise I worked with, they could care less and just hung up on me.

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!
