Best Residential Design And Installation in Phoenix AZ

Two weeks ago I scheduled a roof repair with American Roofing your company. I am beginning to think that was a bad choice. Today was the day someone from your company was to show up between 7AM and 4PM to complete the repairs. I called this morning and spoke to a Ashley in customer service to find out what time the roofer could possibly show up. She said they would be there between 7AM and 4PM. At 2:30 I called back because your hours are from 6AM to PM. All I got was a voice mail. No one returned my call in fact it is after 4PM and NO one has shown up or called. I would call that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially because I took the day off from work to acommadate their schedule. I would rate your company zero today but there is a space for zero so I guess I must give you a ONE. Hopefully this email rating will be read by other people who like me expected PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Oh it's Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to see if anyone from your company actually reads these responses. Good Day

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

Purchased our new roof in late December of 2017. From the beginning the roof had some issues. They did repair and complete these issues. During the 3 yrs we bought the roof they were called out 3 to 4 times to fix a leak in a certain portion of the roof.. Each time repairing the area under warranty. Late August 2020, roof leaked and caused wall damage inside the home, this was a lengthy process but with the help of Lorena in the office, repairs were covered by the warranty. Lorena always had my best interest at heart and she took amazing care of me and my home. I am thankful for her and Diversified management for giving me a positive experience during this last incident.

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.

I was facing a deadline because of a inspection report and a house sale and these guys came through big-time the next day. They are licensed professionals who do excellent work and pay attention to customer service. They run a business that provides the proper paperwork as well. I highly recommend Next Gen to anyone who needs quality work at a reasonable prices.

Great business, great people, recommend these guys for your needs.

11/3/22 UPDATE Roof leak now, and the company will NOT get back to me. I have called several times and e-mailed. No responsibility for poor work; this company just does not care about you or their quality.

AMAZING! Roof renovation update from wood shake to beautiful weathered wood shingles. I could not be happier with the entire process, from attaining a quote to the final product and transaction. Max and Petra prepared and explained the contract to replace the roof/shingles and underlay and the damage to the ceiling due to a horrible storm. They were professional and courteous.

I Recommend Arizona Roof Rescue, I had 5 companies come out to give me quotes. I choose them and and was very impressed by the fact they did what they said they would do. In the late 1970s & early 80s was a roofer, so have maybe a different perspective than most people would. If I needed to reroof another property, I would use them again!!

We got quotes for our leaky foam roof from several companies. A few never showed up at all, one went to the wrong house, another said they’d send a quote and never did… Mark Dunne with Dunne Roofing was the pure opposite of all that usual contractor nonsense! He showed up when he said he would, he kept in constant communication, he sent his quote even faster than expected and shot me a message to let me know he’d e-mailed it. He listened to our issues and explained to us in detail what the pros and cons of the project were, and showed us pictures of our roof to back it up. Based on the pricing he quoted us, his expert knowledge (built from years working in the hot southwest sun), and his near magical level of contractor communication skills, hiring him was a no brainer. He even did the work himself! We now have a roof with a warranty (certificate and all) for five years and he’ll come by for annual inspections at our request to make sure it’s staying in shape. It has rained BUCKETS since he did the work in July and we are happy to report: NO MORE LEAKS, yay!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

OK-I'm the guy who provided a negative review in the past. Seems that we had a terminal communication problem. I apparently asked too many questions which the owner took as being to intrusive. Well-the communication issue was more the product of two grumpy old men being set in their ways. We finally got our act together and Circle-G did the job-foamed the metal roof on a screened porch (my mothers house) in Scottsdale. The Circle-G folks were worried that we would not see much of a temperature drop due to the openness of the screened porch. So-we actually measured the temperature before and after. More than a 20 degree swing in the temperature-we no longer can cook meat on the floor. Moreover-they arrived ON TIME and did exactly what they told us they would do. Very good job.

Frans and his team did a very thorough and expert job. He even helped me find an HVAC (Comfort One) company on short notice as we had planned to replace our old rooftop package unit in conjunction with the roof work. They were also very fair about the cost. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have or plan to install a foam type roof.

Daniel did a pretty good job and was upfront and honest with me. That is what I appreciate in a company.

Mason and his team were very professional and timely in helping do an amazing roof for my parents.
They had to coordinate and work with other contractors as they put on a sunroom. Great service!

As a former employee of this company I would highly advise you to run as fast as you can. This company does not care about their employees or their customers. Erie has private investors and only cares about turning a profit. Management lies to their employees and teaches the reps to lie to their customers too. They will make you sit through a two to three hour presentation just to mislead you and price gauge you. You will have one or two reps in your home for the appointment and they will attempt to corner you into making a same day decision with their “advertising consent discount” that they offer to every single customer that doesn’t bite on the initial inflated price. Erie claims to have expert and factory certified installers but in reality they just hire random crews and the entire staff at Erie is a revolving door from reps to installation managers and even the installers.There are plenty of roofing companies in the valley that will do a great job on your home and Erie is not one of them. Don’t believe me? Check out their BBB complaints. Save yourself time and money and call the next company. Oh and by the way the reviews that are currently on the google page aren’t real customers. I’m sure there will be more fake reviews to try and cover mine up
