I've been very happy with my new tubs that I got through Pacific bath the man that came and installed it we're very nice they were very cordial I had no problems with cleanup or anything they made sure everything was spotless afterwards and the job looks really well done I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Had 4 showers/tubs removed and remodeled by Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona (AZ Baths?). Installers were Jon B. & Cordone B. They were both great! Showed up on time, were very professional in work, neatness. We had just had two floors of flooring replaced and they made sure they got no material or mess anywhere. Jon is very knowledgeable about work, always willing to answer questions from customers on why and what about process. Cordone was always busy, helping Jon with all aspects as needed. Very happy with results.

Jeff E., John S., and Darrius W. installed my ne w shower. These guys were very professional, super friendly. The work was explained to me in detail and easy to understand for me. I definitely recommend this company and these guys i named did an awesome job!

Really enjoyed working with Ross. He always had quality in mind and always seemed to go the extra mile. As a former contractor, I highly recommend him for your bathroom remodel!

Great window quality and service

The installers were always on time and were professional, yet friendly. They took great care not to mess up areas of the home and thoroughly cleaned the work area when finished.

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. I am so happy with our bathroom remodel project done by Home Concepts team. They are quite friendly and completed their work professionally.

Luxury Remodels just did a complete renovation of our master bathroom, only the 4 main walls are left of the original room. The end result is amazing and the only downside is that it now takes longer to take a shower or a bath since we don't want to get out.

Tim and Ron did a great job helping us with the design of the room and the overall layout. They are both detail oriented and prevented us from making small design flaws that would have been big issues in the end. The crew of Luxury are experienced and detail oriented as well. The Tile work is immaculate, all the carpentry and doors fit perfectly as well. The communication between Luxury and the homeowners (us) helped us understand when we should expect someone to be at our house and what they were going to accomplish that day.

I would highly recommend anyone considering a remodel to contact this company before they make their final decision on a contractor.

Lon has done two major projects at our house at different times. They completely remodeled our master bath and a year later replaced all of our flooring with wood-look porcelain tile. Lon's designs are amazing and the master bath and flooring are absolutely beautiful. Lon gives attention to every detail and added small things we never thought of and couldn't imagine doing any other way. We feel like we have a much bigger and more beautiful home. The workmanship is incredible. Lon expects and gets great work from a talented team of workmen. His assistant Peg is on top of every detail, and the communication is excellent. Communication is really important in massive remodels. We have recommended Shower and Bath to our friends and neighbors and wouldn't hesitate to have them do more work.

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.

Ernesto is a smooth talker and doesn't listen to a word you say. He does not listen to what the client actually wants. Besides not listening to anything my wife and I said, after a month all he had to show for his work were some silly doodling on paper. He charged a 5K retainer, and did absolutely NOTHING. After we made suggestions, he would shoot them down and then later bring them up as his own ideas. He kept telling us that a beam needed to be installed, and later my contractor looked at the columns and said they were fine to remove (just to prove he has no idea what he is talking about). After a month of having NOTHING to even prove he has been working, he now wants to charge us even more money for doing nothing. In a month...no estimates, no work has been done. All he wants to do is milk as much money out of you as possible. I regret ever hiring him, because he is totally unprofessional and also refuses to give us our house keys back. I will most likely end up taking him to court to recover my money he wasted

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
