I've been very happy with my new tubs that I got through Pacific bath the man that came and installed it we're very nice they were very cordial I had no problems with cleanup or anything they made sure everything was spotless afterwards and the job looks really well done I would definitely recommend them to anyone

We had the bathtub and shower remodeled in our master bathroom. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona was great to work with. They were very responsive with any questions we had leading up to the install. The installers, Matt and Manny, were AMAZING!!! They explained everything clearly before they even got started. They made sure to get our input for anything that might be different based on personal preferences, such as fixture placements, etc. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we are plan on working with them again when we remodel our 2nd bathroom.

We just had a tub to shower conversion done and are very pleased. From meeting with the salesman to completion, everything went well and work done was completed in the manner we were told. Tear down to studs, inspect for moisture/ mold, put in new sheeting and complete install in 9 hours. Install crew were professional and when they finished you'd never know that they were there!!

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. I can't say enough positive things about Scottsdale Luxury Remodels. My husband is a construction attorney and after interviewing 5 other companies, this was the only company he agreed to use for our remodel. Jerzey and his team were professional, fair , and completed the job on time. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. We are thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second project Lon has done for us. First was our master bathroom that we still LOVE today. This year, we decided to renovate the entire house! After emptying the house of all our belongings, Lon and crew took down two walls, opened op or living room, kitchen and dining room. We redesigned the kitchen and the dining room. New flooring throughout the entire house and new doors. The house has been transformed with the help of Lon's vision. We can't stop telling ourselves how much we love our new space. Lon and crew did a fantastic job and we honestly could not be happier.

Austin and Mike took out 2 Step-in tubs, and replaced them with a beautiful big walk in shower with a bench on each end. Did a wonderful job and was very professional and courteous, as well as showing extreme care in all that they did. Highly recommend them and this company.

I hired Ernesto Garcia and his team to furnish and decorate my family room, dining room and entryway. When I saw the finished product, I could not believe the incredible transformation!

I signed with them and had to cancel which was within the 3 day cancellation window as allowed, but they never returned my 50% ($2,400) deposit. I’m an older woman living on a single income and they took $2400 from me for absolutely nothing. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night doing business like that. They gave me the run around for months instead. It’s like Tammy Robinson likes to play with people. Beware.
