The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. We have used Lon for two major redesign projects (kitchen and bath) in the last few years. We couldn’t be more pleased! Lon and his crew were attentive to our needs/changes and worked hard to overcome two big challenges (gas line and plumbing overhaul) that came up during the projects. His crew was great to work with and above all they’re quality craftsmen! I would highly recommend using them and we certainly will on our next project.

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
