We just completed our second home project with Holtzman Home Improvement, having been very pleased with the outcome and process with our first project a few months ago. Our vision for this project was a little tricky and Brandon worked tirelessly with us to find the exact resources and products we needed to complete our vision. Melanie managed the process and communicated continually with us so that we always knew what to expect. Any concerns or questions that we had along the way were addressed in a timely fashion every time. The workmanship is of the highest quality. We love the results of both projects. We will soon start our third home project and wouldn't think of going with any other company!

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. These guys are awesome. They came in, got right down to work, even stayed late one night, and got the floors replaced and drywall/painting done in 4 days. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. Republic West staff and contractors were great to work with and resulted in a completed kitchen project on time and on budget! New granite counter tops, rock back splash, lighting, etc. We are so happy with the end result.

We absolutely loved working with Nick-Mustache Approved Remodeling. From the very beginning and throughout the project my husband and I were so impressed by Nick’s professionalism, his organizational skills, and his integrity. He is the best contractor we have ever worked with. Nick transformed our 14 foot heavy stucco fireplace into a beautiful focal point in our living room. This project required someone who has a lot of creativity and the ability to think outside the box and boy did Nick deliver. Another reviewer referred to Nick as a rock star and he is. Nick provides very detailed plans, lists exactly what will be completed each day, and sticks to the timeline. Nick takes great pride in his work, as he should, and treats your house and your project as if it was his own home. He is a perfectionist which is wonderful to have in a contractor. His sound (tv), paint, drywall, and tile subcontractors were also very professional and committed to the highest quality of work. This was the best remodel experience we have had and that is due to Nick. He is just a a pleasure to work with. If you can get him to take on your remodel project you will not regret it. We feel so very fortunate that Nick was willing to take on our project. He is the best!

Jeremy and Jayce are the absolute best! I had an ongoing mold in the wall and a huge portion of drywall cut out in my home between insurance that didn't want to cover anything, companies who weren't eager to help me get back my master bedroom it was a total nightmare. Then I found Jeremy and from email one he was straightforward, helpful and quick with a quote. I had to wait a little while for his service but it was totally worth it. He was very fairly priced and hardworking. Jayce did an awesome job with the drywall, he is for sure a drywall expert! In fact, it looks way better than the rest of my home now because of his skills! If you are lucky enough to have found this listing don't hesitate, use Jeremy's company. You will get honest, kind, quality and fair service. They absolutely are going to be my first call in the future for home repairs.

I had to replace my Jacuzzi tub spigot. This require tile to be cut to permit my plumber to access it. Alan cut the tile neatly and after the plumber finished, he installed new tile cut perfectly to fit and sealed with caulking. This thoughtful touch will enable any future repair/replacements to be easily & less expensively made. Additionally, Alan replaced some 30 year old hallway floor tile grouting and installed silicon seal to close a gap between indoor tile flooring and the frames for 2 of my outdoor door frames.

Owner was very responsive in getting us for our different projects. I have used it on both commercial and residential jobs. Pricing was great.. Finish jobs early or exactly on time as projected. Will definitely be using himaybe using him in the future for different different things that we need for home and business.
