John and Mike are great. I first met the Allure crew when my master bathroom shower pan failed. John let me create a wheelchair accessible bathroom out of a very small space. Six months later I finally decided to remodel my 1970's kitchen. The final product was amazing.

John allowed me to implement my designs. When picking tiles, John was a phone call away to confirm measurements or advise on products. I also sourced some reclaimed ceiling tiles which with team work made a wonderful back splash. Mike would consult on installation issues. I am planning the next bathroom to be remodeled, can't wait to hire the Allure crew again. I will post pictures soon.

Pacific Bath/Kohler removed our existing jacuzzi tube and installed the Kohler Walk-in Bath. This product and service is not inexpensive but certainly is great value for the investment. The Walk-In Bath is a very high quality product that provides walk-in air bubble and water jet whirlpool treatment. It's effective and wonderful. Pacific Bath, a regional partner of Kohler worked with my wife and I to design the installation, define the placement, verify the fit, layout, electrical, plumbing that would be needed as well as the exact correct and attractive look. The initial representative was very knowledgeable, through and competent. Although not typical, from contract signing to install was only one week. The Pacific Bath Install Team were in contact before the work began to confirm the specifications and agree to a work date. That team showed up as scheduled and completed the tear out, plumbing and electrical additions and connections plus bath and custom surround plus clean up in two days. It was a very professional and committed team, a first rate product and trustworthy organization. We are extremely pleased.

Steven and Kacey were an excellent team. Remodeled two rooms: one tub area and one shower area. The work was excellent and installers consulted me at appropriate times. Installers were careful of my home, kept it as clean as possible and worked steadily. The quality of the installation was very high. I would be pleased to refer these two and their firm to others.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Great window quality and service

They had been recommended by Silver City Restorations and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. The shower looks great and they did exactly how I wanted to be setup and it really does looks amazing. Definitely telling all my friends about them.

Have you ever heard of a bathroom remodel taking 5 days from start to finish? These guys were miraculous! I needed a new walk in shower with no edge for my handicapped client who was released unexpectedly from the hospital, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Luis and his team do incredible work. They amazed me by leaving the bathroom completely clean everyday when they left. Dust was kept to a minimum, the floor was swept and they even washed the mirrors! That is the kind of detail you can look forward to at Planet Remodel. Communication could use a bit of improvement but the value and quality of work were outstanding.

I called this company and Shenay or Chenay (no clue how to spell her name). This employee did not want to give me an appointment without me being me (wife) present at the time of the visit. The reason they do this is because most of the time the wife is the one who tell the husband (or significant other) to move forward with the purchase of something expensive such as remodeling. I’m in sales and if someone is calling your company is because you are interest in working with you. She gave me a fake appointment because when we called to confirm we were not even in the schedule. The reason she did not schedule me was because I was not going to be home and in order for them to visit; husband and wife have to be in the house.

We used West Haven Builders to remodel and update our home. Robert and his wife Ana were professional, responsive, honest, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. Robert is incredibly talented and does impeccable work. He is easy to have in your home and neat. Their prices are competitive and their work is second to none. It is rare to be wowed anymore and we were wowed! We will definitely use West Haven for any and all projects going forward.

The installers were always on time and were professional, yet friendly. They took great care not to mess up areas of the home and thoroughly cleaned the work area when finished.

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
