Our techs today were Ivan & Rod, who was just starting the apprenticeship program. Both gentlemen were very polite, professional & took the time to actually listen to the problem we were experiencing. They flushed the system out & replaced our wall valve & supply line. I was very glad that it was not an under the house pipe issue!They even came back with a Korky part that my hubby had just bought yesterday & had wanted to keep...thanks so much guys!Parker & Sons has helped us several times...everybody from the office employees to the techs that come out are always kind, professional & 100% customer focused.
