Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment to the final walk through each step of the way exceeded our expectations!! Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication and attention to detail, scheduling of each part of the remodel and the the quality of work completed was exactly as promised. Home remodel projects can get off track with problems or issues and we were pleased that our whole remodel was right on track or completed earlier than expected. Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

Three years ago, Sunset installed a new tile shower enclosure in our master bathroom. It turned out beautifully so of course we used them a second time in December to also remodel the guest bathroom. They installed a tile enclosure with a new bathtub, as well as replaced counter tops and sinks in both bathrooms. Again, we are extremely pleased with the final outcome and would definitely recommend them.

This was the 3rd project we hired TWD to do in our home. Their quality of workmanship is perfection. Everyone from the office staff to the field workers are very professional and friendly. Special shout out to Mike Leighton our Project Manager for being very responsive to all our special request, phone calls, and text messages. We highly recommend TWD.

The remodeling of our Master Bath went very well because of the professionalism of everyone involved. They kept everything as clean as possible and worked efficiently. The whole process went much smoother than any of our many past remodeling projects. and we are thrilled with our new beautiful and functional bathroom.

Veny and his crew did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom and BBQ.It was a big job and he came in on budget ,on time and the workmanship was very professional.Would definitely recommend AZ Granite !!!

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

Our home remodel turned out Amazing! Robert & Ana make a great team. Everything from the design through the completed remodel went great. Rob has the best work ethic and really stays on top of everything. If we ever have another project they will be the first one that we contact. We highly recommend this company!

Jordan was on time if not early, clean and efficient when working and picking up after himself. Knowledgeable with sharing the ring app and making sure my camera and lighting worked. He changed out the flood light sensors in my back yard as well. I would definitely work with SHEWORKS anytime and refer to anyone needing electrical and home improvements. Recently we had a kitchen remodel done through the Premier Kitchen and Bath Mesa location. The kitchen is gorgeous!! As with any project there were a few issues during construction but I must say that they were immediately addressed and resolved to our COMPLETE satisfaction. The results were AMAZING! There has not been a single day since completion that my wife does not comment on how happy she is.
The quality of the products used and the precise craftsmanship in installation is immediately evident.
If your looking for a knowledgeable, professional team, look no further. Premier Kitchen and Bath is the place.

Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.

If you want work done on your home and money is no object then this is the place for you. I cannot speak to the quality of the work that they do because it never got that far. I placed a $5000 deposit so they could get started on the design work. I understand that this is a lot of work and they need some sort of certainty that they can recoup some of their expenses. What they came back with was an astronomical bid. I won't get into the whole issue of pricing but here is an example. They had a line item in for repainting the house (all walls, baseboards, doors and ceilings). The amount that they came up with was $7000. Note that this is a 2600 square foot house. After seeing this red flag I met at the house that weekend with 2 painters to get bids for the same work. They came back with bids of $1700 and $2500.

In an effort to get some value for the $5000 that I had already committed I told them that I would still hire them to install the folding wall system in the house. They returned with a bid of $34,956. I have also reached out for competing bids. I have only received one back but it came in at $19,554.25.

I will be looking elsewhere or I will do the work myself. Do yourself a favor and don't even get started here. I cannot believe that if feels good to be walking away from $5000.

XLT Construction totally renovated our 1950's half bath & they did a remarkably FABULOUS job, all in 16 days! I highly recommend XLT Construction. Their crew is trustworthy & dedicated, although I do suggest homeowners watch the crew's finish work because they are so quick that some things can be done with more quality if the crew would just slow down a bit when doing finish work. When finish work quality was brought up to XLT's owner, Leonel LeBaron, the finish work was redone with much better quality. Mr. LeBaron is an honorable, fair man. Again, I highly recommend XLT Construction. (I only wish I could show you pictures - absolutely STUNNING finished project, complete with stone tile walls & ceiling in handicap shower & mosaic floor - with a cubby for shampoo & handicap personal shower fixture system! So so satisfied with this company!)

Rob at Project Construction LLC has done a lot of high quality work for our real estate investment company here in Scottsdale. Before we met rob we had a few contractor nightmares but am happy to say that those are over and would highly recommend him for your job.

Disappointed in the level of customer service. I wanted to purchase a remnant from them. The sales associate I had worked with said to text him the picture of the slab I wanted to buy and he’d let me know if it was available. This was Thursday morning. It took him until Sunday night at 11:40pm to respond. Very unprofessional. See attached screenshot. Curious how he discovered at 11:40pm on a Sunday night that they no longer have any remnants.
