I absolutely love my new Kohler walk-in shower, and the people at Pacific Bath made the whole process run so smoothly. Sales rep Cory Aronson was extremely knowledgeable and helped me design the perfect shower to replace the bathtub in my master bathroom. The expert installation, done by Ismael Flores and his assistant Michael Warner, created the space just as I had envisioned it. I was very impressed by their work! The friendly office staff kept me updated throughout. I would highly recommend Pacific Bath to anyone looking to remodel or update their bathroom.

Walk in shower was installed in one day! The products are high quality and the installation was done by professionals. Tommy and Anthony did an outstanding job!

Remodels are always late and over-budget. I am sure you have heard that before. That summarizes our experience. We remodeled our floors, kitchen and bathroom. They were not cheap, end product was good but way over-budget, late and full of surprises. We made our selections and signed our lives away in March 2019, the project was completed in October 2019. We decided to finance the project, the sales rep indicated we would not need to provide a downpayment so we signed our lives away. A few months later the owner contacted us and indicated we needed to pay a 30% downpayment so that they could place the order. 30%!!!!!!!!

If they actually worked every business day this project would have taken 1 month.

Would I hire them again? NO
Would I go through a remodel again? NO

They are perfect !!!

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

I hired PJ Hussey to completely remodel my condo, including the kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring, light fixtures etc. From start to finish it was a good experience. All of their employees that I came into contact with were pleasant and helpful, especially Frank and Kevin. Everybody was very patient in answering my many questions and working around my timeline. The project manager, Kevin, was a pleasure to work with. He was very proactive in keeping me informed about the project and was very responsive to any concerns I had. His communication really reduced my stress level during the project. The remodel turned out great and I would definitely use them again.

Great window quality and service

They really took care of us. Great cabinets available quickly with the soft close hinges and drawers we were looking for.

Working with Veny was a pleasure. He helped me select the best option for the built-in desk top. He did a beautiful job installing it. He also cut a top for a table base that I had which turned out great! The picture is after Veny's install and during the upper cabinet installation.

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

As a vendor of Legacy I have to say they are amazing. Their professionalism and attention to details explains why they have been in business for over 30 years. What a great team they have and highly recommend them!!!

Everybody that came to the house was very professional. I have used them for several projects. At this point they installed my countertops, did my flooring and my bathroom countertops as well. I have a couple more projects for them as well. They gave me a deadline and completed it on time. Very happy with the work they did for me.

Their design team gave us the multiple options for redesigning the kitchen. Over and above that, practical suggestions and recommendations. Recommended!

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

XLT installed tile flooring at our new home. They were efficient, timely, and the crew was kind and respectful. There work is absolutely stunning and quality is top notch. We love the floors, they are leveled and the grout lines are perfect, and anyone who comes in comments on how nice the tile looks. The owner, Lionel, and crew leader, Alonzo, were quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We would absolutely recommend them!

My house sustained damage from the storms that popped thru Az in March of this year.i went thru my insurance company and called a couple of referrals that they had sent me..none of them worked.i was talking to a buddy at work and he saidyou need to call Ken Hawk.he explained why,so I made the call.it was the easiest call to make..his entire staff was amazing.he put my mind at ease when it came to all the repairs(which included having an entire tile roof redone.the prices were great ! If I could give 10 stars,I would ! Thank you a again for the amazing service!

We were most impressed with every facet of the Luxury Remodels experience, from planning to execution to billing. They are reliable, skilled, personable professionals who want to make you happy. And we are.

Desert Prestige Builders (Eric Linder and Ryan Brunelle) are incompetent and unprofessional. Eric Linder, Ryan Brunelle completely botched our 1,400 sqft tile installation.
Eric Linder admitted to not preparing the floor to ensure it was flat before installing the tile and admitted his company didn’t even own a 10ft straight edge to make sure the tile and floor was flat. They didn’t even know how to use the tile spacers correctly. They also went an extra step to prove how inept they were and put a polish on our matte porcelain tile that was not meant for use on porcelain tile. This lead to permanent unsightly streaking, hazing and clouding throughout the entire surface of the floor.
All of their incompetence and lack of skill also lead to:
-Crooked grout lines
-Unevenly laid tile throughout (so uneven in some areas that it caused tripping hazards)
-Over-grouting (grout covering corners and edges of uneven tile)
-Under-grouting (leaving deep channels between tile)
-Inconsistent grout coloring (ranging from every shade of gray to white)
They attempted to fix and replace several problem areas of the floor but failed horribly.
We hired an expert tile consultant to inspect their tile job. The expert found so many mistakes, that were so numerous, throughout the entire floor that he deemed the tile job unsalvageable, and it would therefore need to be completely demolished and replaced.
We shared the expert’s findings with Eric Linder and asked for our money back. He said he would contact us within 24 hours. We did not hear from him.
Desert Prestige still has not refunded our money. Dealing with Desert Prestige has been a nightmare. We have lost a large sum of our hard-earned money, and have had to pay again to completely replace their disastrous tile job! Please be aware that there is not adequate protection for consumers! Please do your research! Read reviews! This is the first negative review I have ever written. I hope this saves others from making the huge mistake of hiring Desert Prestige Builders, Eric Linder or Ryan Brunelle.

In fact, they prove their true character when Ryan Brunelle, a business partner of Desert Prestige Builders, has posted a 5 star review on Google under his own business Desert Prestige Builders!!!!
