The team at Allure Bathroom Remodeling are amazing!

Our master bathroom needed some re-grouting work. We contacted many contractors to get estimates of the work. The estimates were good, but the problem we had was follow through. Days and weeks would go by, and it seemed like we were just bugging these guys. We brought in some professional companies to provide estimates thinking they would follow through. They could not repair the grout so they offered estimates to do a rebuild of the master bathroom. The pricing was outrageous!

My wife finally found Allure Bathroom Remodeling. John (the owner) came to our house, inspected the damage in master shower, and said no problem. He was so transparent and honest, that he told us it didn't make sense to do a complete remodel. They could do the repairs - and in a reasonable price too! We were ecstatic; so excited that we decided to do a remodel of our guest bathroom that we were never happy with. The cost of doing both projects was roughly the same cost as the single remodel that other companies offered. We settled with Allure.

The actual work finally came. We met John's son, Mike, and his crew. Our master bathroom repairs took ONE day. We've been faced with this problem for months and it was resolved in one day. The next part was the amazing part - our new guest bathroom. Mike was extremely professional, friendly, and punctual. His crew was the exact same. Every one of them was trustworthy. We felt comfortable providing input and questions on the work. Everything went so smoothly.

This company is well run with skilled work teams who come when they say they are coming and clean up their work areas when the leave. We were impressed by each team that worked on our project.Alex who worked on our Master bathroom was exceptional. He’s highly skilled, conscientious, personable and accommodating to our requests. We had pop outs added our back house. The south facing wall had to be demoed and a new stucco wall put in its place. Excellent job!! Everyone was professional from the estimator, project manager and workers.

We hired Rebath to take out a sunken 43 year old cast iron tub, fill the hole to make it flush with the floor, raise the plumbing & install a new walk in shower. Alex Chavez was our technician. He was completely professional, knowledgeable, & informative. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would each day & worked hard all day. He completed the whole job in 3 days and it is BEAUTIFUL! The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. The customer service Rebath provides is second to none! We couldn’t be more satisfied with our beautiful new shower. Thanks to everyone who had a part in our job. And especially thank you Alex.

Excellent customer Service

I have been waiting three months for windows to be installed. I have paid half already and plan on selling house end of the month with no options on what to do.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
