Best Complete House Renovation in Phoenix AZ

It was great working with Phoenix Home Remodeling! Overall the experience was amazing. From start to finish it went smoothly. The final outcome was impressive. They Remodeled our kitchen and left the before and after difference was out of this world.

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Stopped in to see about a bathroom remodel. First off the photos here on Google are very misleading this place is tiny with a small selection of tile and cabinets, no tubs or shower to look at. When we walked in the gentleman working was with some customers and came up to us and with not even a greeting I'm with customers zero customer service skills.

I used Holtzman's for an addition with paint, cabinetry, counter etc. I was so pleased with my project as well as the company. They have a system /calendar in place so I was able to see what trade would be at my home and when. The designer was great and fun to work with. She helped with all the finishes and it turned out beautiful. We couldn't be happier

Working with TWD was so great, they were professional, communicative, and the estimate process was easy. They repaired several holes in our ceiling and walls and repainted our entire ceiling, they did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

We reached out to this Rise Above by referral, and they came out to our home, measured, and spent a lot of time understanding our needs, which are all rather basic: media wall, small guest bath remodel, and tile flooring. We kept getting promises of we'll gt back to you in a few days over and over, and then after a month, Colton claims, I am in NY till next Tuesday. I was getting double checked on what I want to put together for your wall... as soon as I get my double check approx, I will let you know.. Another week goes by w/ nothing, then Colton promised that they will shoot you the numbers by Friday. Fri came and went, and after another week, Colton emails,... we are going to pass on your home project. A lot of the changes you are asking for are just not our specialty...

What??! They said onsite in our home that this is exactly what they specialize in, and it is all very basic.

Update: Spoke w/ Bret who noted there may have been an attitude issue (Colton's??) and would personally come out to our home to review, and confirm who is blowing smoke. That was days ago, and Bret has failed to contact us as he promised.

We're very frustrated ...Rise Above wasted a lot of our time, and now we have to start all over. Don't waste your time w/ Rise Above.

Do yourself a big favor and avoid a lot of stress and go strait to AZ Granite & Remodeling. We started our remodeling journey at Lowe's & Home Depot and soon regretted it. Shortly after we met Veny and company who picked up all the pieces of our bad decisions and put it all back together. Not only did he do a magnificent job on our countertops, but he also corrected extensive work which had already been completed pre-Veny and only charged us cost of materials. Trust us, you will not regret the price, speed, and quality of work you will be getting with AZ Granite & Remodel.

Robert Davis (West Haven Builders) has done several remodeling projects in our home for my husband and I. Each job was completed just as we had hoped and asked for. We had seen some of his previous work in other satisfied customers homes and knew we wanted him to help us. His estimates and quotes were very reasonable. He never promised something he couldn't do. He stayed within the estimates and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with the job. We appreciated his honesty, good communication and his patience with us if we decided to make a slight change midstream. He is a professional in every sense! We highly recommend Robert!

Breached our contract.they did nothing but measure the bathroom.do not use this company.

We had a second home in Az. flood from an upstairs toilet. I gave them a code, they took care of everything, including assessing, fixing, big fans to dry out, mold prevention, patched and repaired ceiling. Couldn’t even tell we ever had problems. All for $5000. Great timely response, which was needed in this situation.

Their work was exquisite and their attention to detail is amazing. I felt like I was talking to an old friend and knew my money was in good hands. I am definitely going to be referring them to all my friends and family who need work done!

We recently moved into a house and wanted to redo the bathroom. We reached out to several contractors. Some told us our project was too small and others offered to do it for an unreasonable sum. We connected with XLT after reading their positive reviews on other sites. They responded promptly, spent time going over what we wanted and quoted a fair price.
They kept on schedule through the whole process and kept us involved in the design decisions. We liked the XLT team so much we hired them to complete a second project a month later.

They did a kitchen remolded for me. Good quality work and Great prices compared to others. I already told my friends and family about them.

Diamond Granite was professional at every step of the kitchen remodel. Their communication was excellent at all times. There were no surprises. Their product selection was of good quality. There were no shortcuts. Each tradesman was proficient in his abilities, courteous and willing to adjust to our needs. We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
