OMG!!! We are in heaven!!! We remodeled our upstairs master bathroom to accommodate my pending hip re-replacement which would require a 3 month recovery. I needed a handicap accessible bathroom! Derek suggested an Aqua Therapy Tub with jets, light therapy, and macro bubbler to exfoliate the skin and leave it baby soft. It’s AMAZING!!! I highly recommend the tub! Derek also extended the shower to accommodate a wheelchair and added a handheld shower head along with a rain shower head. The shower experience is just as amazing as the tub...well, almost! Derek’s work is phenomenal! He is very knowledgeable, detailed and meticulous with his work. And he is very accommodating and easy to work with. Holtzman just finished a second bedroom remodeled for a Make A Wish kid, not only did they do a beautiful top-quality work, but they also donated all of the parts and labor, all of their staff and crew put their hearts and souls on this project. I can't say enough good things about our experience with TWD. We hired them as our contractor for two guest bathroom remodels and a few other things that needed to be fixed in the house as well. I have had some terrible experiences with contractors before so even though I wanted to get the work done, I was extremely nervous about dealing with yet another general contractor. I had some personal recommendations, however, from friends and family who’d had great work done by TWD so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with them to discuss the jobs.

My first contact was with Ron LaBrie, who is the Design Manager at TWD. Ron came to my home to look at the spaces and to get a feeling for what I wanted in terms of design so that he could prepare an estimate. From the very beginning, I felt extremely comfortable with Ron. He was personable and obviously very knowledgeable about products as well as a design expert. Unlike one of the other companies that I received an estimate from where they gave me a price on the spot, Ron did tell me he would need about a week, and that was fine with me because that showed that he was actually putting effort into the estimate and not just giving me a “blanket quote.” When I got the estimate back, I thought it was very fair, however there were a few places where I wanted to see if we could trim costs a bit. Everything was itemized and Ron was AMAZING at helping me find fantastic alternatives that would still look great while keeping us within our budget.

Once work started on my jobs, Eric Miller was in regular contact with me to let me know exactly what the schedule was and what I could expect at each stage of the project. TWD even has an online portal where you can log in and see the calendar as well as approve any work orders. Speaking of which, the only changes from the original estimate were extra things that I added on after work started. There were no surprises in terms of extra costs. What I was quoted was exactly what it cost. There were a few small delays due to materials issues but that was beyond TWD’s control and Eric went out of his way to make sure everything arrived as quickly as possible and even had some new tile ordered at no additional cost to me because he didn’t think the quality of what the manufacturer sent was up to the high standards you can expect from TWD.

We had drywall, plumbing, tile work, painting, electrical and granite work done and every one of TWD’s guys did beautiful work. The team was here every day on time and cleaned up each day before they left. Again, Eric was fantastic in that he stopped by to personally inspect the work on a regular basis as it was progressing and then again at the end of the job to make sure I was 100% satisfied with all the work that had been completed.

We can’t praise TWD enough. They not only did a beautiful job on our remodeling projects, but they made us feel like we could trust them completely. And we never heard “no.” It was only, “We’ll take care of it!” And they did. We will never need to look any further than TWD for any projects we may need done in the future. They do everything from minor drywall repairs to complete home remodels. No matter how big or small the job, you can be assured that TWD will do it beautifully, on time, and at a very competitive price. We would highly recommend TWD to anyone!

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend using Neoteric Builders LLC for your home renovations! We hired them to redo our hallway bathroom. They took it down to the studs and rebuilt a beautiful new bathroom! They offered suggestions as to lighting, electrical, paint color, etc.

The quality of their work is excellent! They are neat, timely, and professional. They kept us apprised at each stage of the work and answered all of our questions.

We are so happy with the job they did that we’ve scheduled them to redo our master bath as well!

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Technician on the job was excellent. On time answered all questions clean up complete. very accommodating on a short notice -required weekend schedule. very pleased with result of the work and final appearance

Rhino Construction just finished our remodeling project. They did a great job. I would recommend them. They were great to work with.

I tried getting an estimate from these guys to remodel our bathrooms, I stated I was getting other estimates and the guy asked how many I was getting, once I stated the number of estimates, he said they wouldn't do business with me . In short, the guy was pretty rude and unprofessional.

We appreciated the timelines of the job. Lots of work went into just 23 days total to do an amazing transformation! We love our new bathrooms and flooring. We were also able to add our own creativity to the project.

I needed a handyman to repair grout, baseboards, and minor cabinet damage for an insurance claim. All repairs were done efficiently to my satisfaction. I didn't have the material to repair the built in cabinet and the handyman came up with a better idea, got the material and did the repair beyond my previous expectation. I would definately recomment this company.

Loved every minute spent at this lab. Dana and Sandra were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Many samples to look at, but far from overwhelming. I highly recommend Orange Sky Design Lab for all your design needs.

Acuity Builders is doing some work on our church. Ken and his team have done a great job communicating and meeting the timelines they projected at the start. If an issue arises Ken is always willing to do what it takes to get the issue resolved. I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone.

Back in early September my wife and I decided it was time to redo our kitchen. We’ve been wanting to do it for several years and have kept putting it off. I did a google search for kitchen remodeling in Scottsdale as that is where we reside. Of course there were a lot of companies that showed up which can be a bit overwhelming. We called several companies and asked about promotions or free quotes to see if we could figure out range or pricing. One of our big concerns was being over charged. At the end of the day we ended up selecting Lux Remodels. One of the biggest reasons was Jerzy the owner and Carl who worked with us every step of the way on this project. As described on their website we scheduled an in house consultation as we did with 2 other remodeling companies. The first thing we noticed right away is that they have a wealth of experience which immediately made us feel comfortable. They were organized and answered every question we had from expanding a section of our kitchen to add a small eat area to the timeline as we really wanted this finished before Thanksgiving. Lastly the cost was slightly less expensive than the other 2 companies which was an added bonus. As with any remodeling effort, it was noisy and we all had to make adjustments but the bottom line is that Lux Remodels was professional, on time and did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier. Make sure to talk to Jerzy. He’s the owner but he’s very hands on and seemed genuine in all of our interactions.

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

Randy is always on time. We had a list of items, and he got it done in 2 half days. We will definetely hire him again if I have another project.

Absolutely wonderful, beyond our expectation. We love them and are so glad we went this way. The salesman, Bill Johnson was so good, no pressure at all and obviously knows his product. The gentlemen that installed it were efficient, careful and also well versed in what they were doing. As soon as I get the new tile down I'll be proud to start showing them to my friends and family, they've already seen pictures on Facebook but it didn't do them justice.
