From start to finish my husband and I are very pleased with John and his crew. Everyone was prompt, courteous, detailed oriented & efficient. I always received a prompt response from John or Michael to any questions that I had. We had both bathrooms remodeled at the same time, so it was important that the bathroom project was done in the time we agreed upon. Allure met every expectation with a A+ rating! My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

We had our master bathroom (3 rooms) remodeled. We are very pleased with the work except the way they installed the drywall. A section beside the show developed a crack soon after the job was completed.

The company does not finish the walls, so you need to hire others to finish the drywall and paint.

We also needed to hire a glass company for the custom glass work of the shower surround on two sides.

I was very pleased with all aspects of our project. From the initial sales call from Michael to the excellent work done by Jason and his helper Cruz. Jason was very professional and did an excellent remodel of our three bathrooms. They were always polite and worked hard to make sure every aspect of our remodel was perfect. I would highly recommend them.

Our bathroom is so gorgeous! Next is our kitchen, I'm so excited. Looks like a gorgeous new home!

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

Through Home Advisor I got a referral for Holtzman Home Improvement for my bathroom project of replacing my shower and replacing my garden tub with a sitting area. I chose Holtzman over the other 3 contractors that bid the project due to their quick response, professional procedures yet personal interaction of all of the staff. The office is well stocked with materials and software yet I was permitted to use tile materials of my own choosing.
Melanie, the liaison, visited the project to be sure I got exactly what I thought I was getting. Brandon, the owner, was always responsive to a cell call even when I had a follow up issue which he cheerfully resolved.

Mine was a small project so scheduling was a bit haphazard. Some surprise workman appearances and a few scheduled steps moved to other days; but it was completed in a reasonable time and the quality of workmanship was consistent. The tile installer Hector was above and beyond.
Holtzman pricing was similar to 2 of the other contractors.
I would definitely recommend Holtzman for bathroom and kitchen projects.

My TWD experience exceeded my expectations every step of the way. The ease of doing business with them and the professionalism of everyone I interacted with was refreshing. These folks are customer oriented. They will be my go to team from here on out.

Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

I am so glad that I hired Maxum! I met with Stephanie and John and they came out and looked at my master bathroom and got measurements. I had a outdated bathroom and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I went to their showroom in Phoenix to pick out my tile and granite countertop the design they came up was AMAZING!! When it came time to remodel our kitchen we played a lot of what if’s to explore what was possible. When we were ready we took our ideas and went shopping for a contractor and a cabinet supplier. We were fortunate that in our area we had multiple venders to interview and review our thoughts and wishes.

There are always more issues to address than originally contemplated but it was a good process as we learned from each group. In the end, one contractor proposed a good quality local cabinet maker with a five star rating for quality and customer satisfaction.

The selected contractor was Stellar Kitchen & Bath in Avondale, Arizona. Owners Jeff and Katie Chaignot operate a small but fully equipped showroom. Both Jeff and Katie provided well seasoned commentary and suggestions to our requests and at the end of the day produced an excellent plan and documents we were very happy with.

After the waiting period between order and delivery of cabinets, a very skilled team of installation specialist took over under the watchful eye of Jeff and quickly turned our kitchen into what we had hoped for; a modern restful and user friendly kitchen where we could enjoy spending hour upon hour exploring our pursuit of culinary delights while at the same time entertaining friends and family.

In summary, Stellar Kitchen & Bath delivered the project on time and on budget. Everyone who came into our home was courteous and respectful and worked diligently to minimize the disruptions that ultimately occur. There where a few factory blemishes with cabinets and Jeff followed up with the supplier to ensure we were completely satisfied with the end product.

What an amazing experience and amazing new Kitchen we walked away with!!! Anthony and his team took care of everything. Both friendly and professional would never go anywhere else! We walked in with an idea and their team with their experience offered ideas which turned our kitchen into something we never would have imagined. With all this, the biggest thing that still we were looking for was price, and they beat every competitor price by a mile, wasn't even close. They will go the extra mile to make sure it is both affordable and something that you will never regret doing!!!!

We did a total remodel of our house. When I wasn’t happy with something, they fixed it. They weren’t good about cleaning up after themselves. I told them I wanted the ceilings painted white, but Jake picked his own color of off white. One of the windows they put in was faulty and months later they replaced it, had it stuccoed, but never came back to paint it. They don’t respond to my texts. I painted it myself. We are happy with the end result, but you have to keep on them.

Love my Kitchen! It's been over a year and still, every time I empty my dishwasher, I think about how much I love my kitchen. Funny, right? But my old kitchen wasn't very functional, and emptying the dishwasher was opening and closing the dishwasher door several times to put everything away. Now I have so much storage and counter space, everything is laid out with purpose with double islands, and I love the modern look of the cabinets and how they seamlessly integrates with the more traditional living room!! Now it's time to update the bathrooms and we'll be calling Greg at Avanti Kitchen and Bath again in the spring!
