It was a pleasure working with Phoenix Home Remodeling again. They helped us with our master bathroom shower remodel.

Everyone was easy to work with and my shower came out exactly how I wanted. Lupe did the shower tile and he was meticulous! Aaron and Garron were also great!

The master bathroom and hallway they used to access our house was always cleaned at the end of the day and they were respectful of our home and understanding with our baby being in the house.

They were professional, good with timelines, respectful, and helpful with our questions.

This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

My wife and I purchased our Home, a Midcentury Modern built in 1955 by Ralph Haver in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. The Home had original ungrounded wiring with exposed wire splicing. There were also two rooms that were added by a previous owner without permits.

Ultimately, we wanted to fully restore our Home to its original character, while at the same time, installing all of the safety, amenities and conveniences found in homes of new construction today.

We interviewed a handful of contactors for this task, Steve Shinn from Homework Remodels being one of them. Steve immediately stood out from the group. We found him easy to talk to, prompt and extremely knowledgeable with the historic characteristics of our Haver Home.

With Steve’s help, we nearly rebuilt most of the major components of our Home. When it was said and done, we upgraded the entire wiring and electric panel, installed new HVAC main unit and ducting lines, replaced all of the plumbing lines (both supply and drain lines including the sewer), installed LED recessed lighting throughout the Home, constructed a stem wall, a trench drain and added mini split HVAC units which the City required for issuing permits for the two unpermitted rooms, installed a 16” slider to the backyard, utilized steel beams to remove loan bearing walls in order to open up the kitchen and the living rooms, installed a tankless water heater system, applied sprayed insulation in the small attic, and performed various other upgrades.

We are very happy with Steve’s work. We found Steve’s work to be of high quality and found Steve’s expertise and creativity in helping rebuild our Haver Home to be invaluable.

We plan on hiring Steve in the near future to complete Phase 2 of our Home, which will include all of the finishes.

ReBath Peoria was referred to us by Home Depot to remodel our shower and garden tub area in our master bathroom. From start to finish, they were easy to work with and professional throughout the process. From our initial contact with the designer, Adam, to the end, we have been impressed. We are very pleased with the finished product and can’t say enough good things about our installer, Jeff.He communicated very well with us through every step, was on time every day and did a phenomenal job on our project. Good god what a phenomenal contractor! Holtzman Home Improvement was an exceptional choice for my wife and our home. Everything was effortless, efficient, and overall pleasant. The owner, Brandon, worked with us to work out our ideas and turn them into reality, and even added a few touches of his own that we absolutely adore. We did a whole new kitchen and it turned out better than we ever could've imagined. Very professional and thorough job, a bit pricey but so is everything today.

Met with this company at the Home & Garden show on a Sunday and scheduled a consultation/estimate for Thursday that same week. Received a call on Wednesday saying they wouldn't be able to make it for Thursday and then rescheduled for the following Monday at 9am. They ended-up no-showing. No call. No email. No follow up. Never heard back from these people, which is a good thing because if there work is anything like their communication, it would have been a waste of time and money with the end result. I would never trust this company to do anything with my home considering how unprofessional they are.

Great remodeling company these guys do great work I highly recommend them to all my family and friends !!!

Today is the eleventh day of signing contract and have not heard from their office anything about when the work will be done.

Anthony was very patient, kind, and affordable. He worked with my budget, went out of his way to help me, and took time to explain everything in detail to me. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. No matter your budget, he can work with you.

We had a bad experience in the store with a salesman when designing a bathroom remodel, so why 5 stars? Because how management reached out and resolved was top notch. I had used Diamond Kitchen and Baths in the past, and referred them to others, so was glad to have the experience turned around into a positive. Great selection, better prices! Don't believe the hype that the big box stores get the best price because of size or volume. Shop local!

We couldn't be happier with the finished product for our fireplace tile. Veny is very professional and works to hear what you are seeking and then offers his experienced opinion to ensure you get the product you are seeking. He and his team were very thorough, diligent, hard-working, and had a keen attention to detail. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. Veny went above and beyond to make this a quality job.

I am in the middle of my job with Legacy so I will update this review as my project progresses. So far, it has been a wonderful experience. My wife and I are wanting a new look for our kitchen and aren't too knowledgeable about remodeling in general. No worries, Legacy has held our hands through the planning and design process, ensuring we get exactly the look we want. I'm sure the rest of the project will be just as pleasant.

I was very impressed with the efforts of Steve, Lori, and his entire team, they did a really great job. They added a room to the back of my house, everything was meticulously completed from the initial foundation, to the final painting and trim.

Robert & Ana are a pleasure to work with. They were referred to us by family members who had used them twice and were very pleased. They performed several jobs including a small painting job, bathroom plumbing, and repairing a pocket door two others could not repair without tearing into a wall. We will definitely use them again.

We had a complete remodel of our guest bath and master bath, and they look amazing! Paul and the rest of the team from Neoteric Builders did a fantastic job. They were so easy to work with and helped so much with designing exactly what we wanted. We are so pleased with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them.
