Best Bathroom Remodeling And Kitchen Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I really love our new Master bathroom. The craftsman ship was excellent and it turned out exactly how we wanted. The team worked very clean making sure to not leave trash or debris. I really appreciated the high and constant level of communication. We knew who was going to be at the house, when they would arrive, and what was going to be accomplished that day. Overall the best experience with a contractor!!

Jeremy and the rest of the team were great to work with in remodeling our bathroom. Although small, it was a technically complex remodel with limited space. They did an excellent job from start to finish, and we were updated every step of the way.

Pro: Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable.Con: He failed to include the price of the “window kit” in the contract. An additional check was written for that kit.Con: It took for months for the original check to be withdrawn from my account. The second check has yet to show up in my account. Finally, after contacting Costco, Jacuzzi was paid via credit card and the amount of the second missing check was deducted from the total amount.Con: Although the contract says that the Costco rebate will be received in 4-6 weeks, it has been 11 weeks and we have yet to receive the rebate. Jacuzzi customer service says, “…we tell people 6-9 weeks…”Pro: After 5 months, and putting the payment on a credit card, the Costco rebate was received.Con: Cleanup was atrocious. Debris, dust, caulk, water spots etc. had to be removed from the floor. Caulk, sawdust and debris had to be swept/removed from the driveway and the street.Con: Wires to an outlet were cut during the demolition. I had to provide parts and tools in order for power to be restored to the bathroom.Pro: Per the above, Jacuzzi, at my request, was quick to send out a certified electrician to check the repairCon: The window kit was poorly installed and had to be redone.Con: The shelves were visibly crooked and had to be redone.Con: A ¾” gap was left between the floor and the shower base and filled with caulk and had to be addressed.Pro: All of the above installation issues were addressed and quickly resolved by the construction/installation customer service.Pro: The final product looks niceFinal recommendations:Con: I DO NOT RECOMMEND Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel

They not only did an excellent job, but they also completely cleaned up and restored the room to its original condition.We highly recommend them for any window replacement or repair. Mike and Julie are true professionals. I went through a major remodel of my home and Mike and Julie, owners of Crafted, set proper expectations upfront and exceeded the expectations in the end. After having 5 full-bids outlining same conceptual remodel, and meeting each contractor personally, Crafted stood head-and-shoulders above the rest. Crafted's bid was competitive, detailed, and provided options I did not consider without increasing the bid. Even with moving the kitchen from one side of the room to the other, moving walls back, changing exterior window size, 1800 sq/ft of new flooring and baseboards, the project was completed before the agreed upon date! Grateful for having been referred to Crafted. If you are in need of a professional, respectful, honest ontractor/GC I can and will refer you too to Crafted! Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

Bathtub shower combo removed and new shower with new fixtures. Jeff did an awesome job and appreciate his perfection and attention to detail. He was very friendly , always on time and took time to explain things to us.

We used Sunset Tile & Bath for our master bathroom and now we are having them do our kitchen. They are wonderful to work with....professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They spent quality time with us to make our design decisions and then the construction process for our bathroom was carried out with the same level of service and completed on time. Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. These bathrooms needed absolutely everything and some! Scotty's eye for detail and perfection made the home beautiful! We'd for sure recommend Az Bath Masters.

14 months and still waiting for completion of a 360 Sq Ft Casita. Unfinished roof has molded and has to be replaced. Blueprint descripancy between company and county compliances!

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Working with Maxum Design and Construction has been great. When I was worried my rain shower was not high enough Taylor and John came out within a half hour to discuss. Great response! Designs are awesome! ADA compatible; I have MS. I love the quality execution by construction crew led by James.

For us, it started with a master shower remodel in our 42 year old home. We were so pleased, we had them remodel our guest bath. Next was a complete kitchen remodel/install. Then a completely new floor (remove old flooring and install new floor) throughout the house and bathrooms, including all new painted baseboards, repairing drywall, etc. The interior of our home looks modern and fabulous.

The staff & crew were all very nice and hard workers, they all took pride in their work. Andrew helped us choose the things we needed and got us the best prices on new appliances. He also worked with us to accommodate our needs and our schedules during this time..... It was all well worth it.
