Very high pressure sales tactics. There product may be great, but being bullied into buying was horrible. I cancelled my contract. After I cancelled, they were willing to give me the discount that I had asked for the day before. It felt like I was at a car dealership. Expect prices to be at least $25,000 or more.

Recently completed a remodeling project of our primary bedroom and bathroom with Phoenix Home Remodeling. From start to finish the communication and execution were flawless. Their in-house designer captured exactly what I was looking for. They took care of ordering everything and all steps - from tile to paint to carpet. The team who did the work were respectful, hard-working and got things complete 1 week earlier than estimated! Really happy with our end result and the process.

We received an unexpected call from Customer Service stating they have an opening for our front bath installation of tub/shower. The scheduler said the installers would be at our home in about 1 hr if that was okay. Luckily, we did not have anything scheduled. Pedro E and Jonny J showed and Pedro went over all aspects and kept us informed all through the process of their work. They cleaned up after themselves when they finished the install. We were pleasantly surprised the difference of the tub/shower and how much improved these looked.For our master bath, We would've to have the same people Pedro E and Jonny J to install the master shower. My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

The guy described to me all the steps of bathroom remodeling, the whole team was punctual and paid keen concentration to every small detail that anyone else might have skipped. Their positive approach throughout the project is highly noticeable.

Holtzman did a fantastic job with my new kitchen. They delivered exactly what they said they would. My kitchen now looks like it's straight out of a catalogue. Although it took more than expected due to materials being on back-order, I couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome. Thanks to the entire Holtzman team for a great remodel.

Brian and Jerry were the best designers we could find. Before we even signed the contract, they took the time to create beautiful 3D renderings of how we wanted both baths and our bar to look. The finished result looked exactly like the renderings. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

True Craftsmen. Dan and Danny did a flawless job with our new interior doors and cat door installation. Looks like they were always a part of the house. The Patio Pergola tho was much more amazing than I thought it could be. they took a very basic sketch i had and made a beautiful and sturdy construction that Im sure will last forever. it is well constructed, great quality and most importantly functional so we can enjoy our new shaded patio. They were very communicative, using text and email which i appreciate. Always on time and very respectful of the home. I will use their expert services again for sure. Thanks Guys!

I am 100% pleased with Graco. My neighbor and I both had our flat roofs replaced. Abraham was really helpful and honest. They also followed up quickly after the sale when we had questions. They worked with my insurance company and everything was covered without compromising the quality of my roof. Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

I don’t usually write reviews on here but after getting some tub reglazing work done by Pro Bathtub Refinishing, I definitely had to write one for these guys. After a few months of searching for companies to restore my old grimy tub and not knowing where to look, I finally came across this company and the reviews looked great. I was convinced that these bath refinishing specialists were right for a job and I definitely do not regret it. They did a fabulous job. My bathtub looks brand new no signs of grime! Very pleased with this bathtub reglazing service.

The Legacy team was fantastic! We worked with Legacy through various remodels over the last 24 months. COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. We are happy with our projects - excellent communication, quality product. I know how hard it is to find great and reliable contractors, I wanted to share it with everyone that Legacy was terrific. They promised to do the work in time and they did. Everything went perfectly. They gave us a bid on removing the bathtub and replacing it with a walk-in shower. They knew we had a tight time schedule because we were leaving town in two weeks.

We had a complete remodel of our guest bath and master bath, and they look amazing! Paul and the rest of the team from Neoteric Builders did a fantastic job.
