Best Bath Renovation Services in Phoenix AZ

They came to my house. I paid for the project/product. They called and made an install date and time. They called me the next day and canceled the job. They won't answer their office phone. Still trying to get my refund.

I don't have a ton of experience with remodels (this was our first) but I can't imagine the process being any smoother. The Phoenix Home Remodeling team is a well oiled machine. They kept our fairly substantial remodel (flooring, 3 bathrooms, Kitchen, Paint and more) on time and on budget. Even after we added a large amount of scope to the project (decided to do all 3 bathrooms) they still finished the project within a week of their original estimate.

The quality was outstanding, but their communication was even better. I text Ben (PM) regularly through the process and they always kept me up to date which helped a ton.

As it is with most things, you get what you pay for, and hiring Phoenix Home remodeling is a decision I would make over and over. They might not be the cheapest option, but they are undoubtedly the best.

I hope this review is helpful for anyone looking to get their home remodeled. This is definitely the company to hire.

From the salesperson/design consultant, management, customer support, and installers, all were thorough, professional, hard working, and attentive. I am not sure all jobs should be completed in one day, especially to ensure the product is as sold/as designed because for what Jacuzzi stands for, I believe the jobs do take a two person team and a heck of a lot of time, patience and skill. I love my new shower and really love how it looks in my bathroom. I wish this would have been an option when the home was first built in 2015. Thank you, EVERYONE!!!! I am looking forward to using your organization again for remodeling my other bathrooms.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Although there were a few supply issues, even they the guys managed to complete the task within the given time, they were very professional and educated. Keep up the excellent work.

After getting several estimates for our Master Bathroom Remodel and a Wine Bar at our Breakfast Nook, we decided to go with this company. We were initially told the project would take 6-8 weeks. It took 5 Months!! We chose all of our materials that we wanted in September of 2021. The supply chain issue excuse wears thin when the materials were ordered months prior. It took several attempts from the Designer to finalize the estimate and to see if we were on budget. Our Designer quit soon after we picked out all of our items and we were never reassigned a new Designer. We had to pick out a granite slab and paint by ourselves which was not that big of an issue. Our first project Manager was fired and we had another Project Manager assigned to us. He only showed up a few times. It seems the materials we chose were not ordered in a timely manner. They were scrambling to get the items we thought were ordered months prior once they were ready to begin installation. They came out to install the toilet and had a commercial type toilet seat (U shaped with no cover) something that one would see in a bar or restaurant. They re-ordered the toilet seat and the same type one arrived a week later. I ended up going to Home Depot to get the correct toilet seat and cover and installed it myself so we could use the toilet. There were several days and weeks that there were no workers without any calls or emails to say they would not be arriving even though they were on the schedule in the Portal. Everything goes thru the Portal. The schedule can be changed at a moments notice. Any complaining was met with little to no response and it felt we were automatically sent to the back of the line in scheduling for complaining. How petty! They did not order the correct parts for the shower diverter which made our complete walk-in shower inoperable for weeks. Once the parts arrived they weren't able to get the Plumber out to install even after I explained I had back issues and needed to use the walk-in shower to bathe. I ended up hiring a local Plumber to install the part to get the shower working. They took no responsibility for anything. We wanted under cabinet lighting at the Wine Bar, however the Electrician didn't wire it correctly so we 86'd that idea. I ended up getting a wireless re-chargeable light fixture and installed it myself. The icing on the cake was when they sent out a guy to finish the Punch list which included some paint touch up. When he arrived he told me he was color blind and did not paint!!!!!! I notified the Project Manager of this and he said he would come and paint himself. At that point I ended up doing the touch up myself. For the amount of money we spent on this project we are very disappointed on how we were treated. Their lack of Customer Service and them taking no responsibility whatsoever for all of their screw ups and lack of communication lead me to give them two stars. We were also told more than once from their workers that we lived very far from their office. Perhaps they shouldn't of taken this project on. No one wants to hear workers complain that we live too far away. It was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend them. Do not use them, not worth the headaches.

I am thoroughly impressed in every way possible. I had a large doggie door that needed to be repaired since the passing of my dog. Every person I dealt with was professional, helpful, on time and GREAT customer service. I am now considering updating my master bathroom and will definitely use them for this project. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

The remodeling of our Master Bath went very well because of the professionalism of everyone involved. They kept everything as clean as possible and worked efficiently. The whole process went much smoother than any of our many past remodeling projects. and we are thrilled with our new beautiful and functional bathroom.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Huge shout out to Tom (plumber) who came to our house today to fix a clog in our line that was causing the toilet to back up into the shower. He was efficient and knowledgeable and was in and out in about a half hour -- leaving a clean, flowing drain for us! I just contacted PJH yesterday to report this plumbing issue, so I was thrilled by how quickly they and Tom came to our rescue!

I had a great experience with Optum Home Solutions from start to finish they made me feel great about the decision I made to get my new windows ? and I could not be more pleased great company great people and great customer service the call center is awesome they made me feel like family !!!

My contractor took me to meet Anthony when I was doing my first remodel on my first investment property. Everything was new to me and I was learning some tough lessons. Fortunately Anthony made it an easy and a stress free process to pick something nice out while being mindful of a budget. The overall result is awesome and the cabinets look great. Will be in touch on the next remodel!

Danny is a meticulous and precise worker. He pays very close attention to detail and will make your home project look amazing. He is fabulous at his craft and has a good eye for layout and design. Thanks to Superior Home Remodeling we have the kitchen of our dreams and couldn't be happier!

I am pleased beyond words with the excellent work done by the Pro Bathtub Refinishing. They restored - with painstaking detail - my 43-year-old double white porcelain kitchen sink - to perfection. The end product exceeded my expectations. Would not hesitate to use them again in our next house when we move.

It's my honest opinion that this company should not hold a contractors license. Everything that could go wrong with our job did. They took our money and did not order materials for us like they said they were going to do. They underestimated the job to get us to sign the contract and then came back for job change orders throughout the construction. This is after we explained to the project consultant exactly what we wanted at the start of the process. We endured months of lies and lip service and are now dealing with the Registrar of Contractors and had to hire an attorney to help us fix their (Legacy's) many wrongs. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They will steal your money and A LOT of your time!! What was supposed to be a 3 month job is now nearing 1 year! Please look elsewhere for a contractor!

Had been shopping around for a contractor for my bathroom for a while. Came across Home Concept Customs and was very pleased with the professionalism and pricing. Larry made the process so easy from start to finish! He worked around my busy schedule, spent the time to explain all my options, then made the paperwork super simple! Paul and the team from Neoteric Builders are extremely professional and great communicators. They were willing to work around our schedule to get our kitchen remodel completed in the shortest amount of time. They told us what to expect every day and delivered on that promise.
