We contacted D&D construction for a small but significant repair to an exterior stucco wall. We left a message and received a phone call in a few minutes to schedule a visit for the following day. Dion was on time and give a prompt estimate. The work was completed the next day, efficiently and cleanly. Received a picture of the property showing the condition before and after the visit, and payment was done online.

We have relied on Kirk Development for many home projects through the years and have always been highly pleased with the work, the time in which they complete it, the quality and their promptness in getting back to you. They have done everything from a complete bathroom upgrade, getting rid of popcorn ceilings, installing air conditioning units and ceiling fans, the list goes on. Every time, their prices are very reasonable and their quality of work is second to none. We recommend Kirk Development for any job you need done around the house, no matter how big or small.

Leonel was quick to respond and get us scheduled but the work has been disappointing. His crew left a water line dripping into a buckets which overfilled and leaked during the night. The shower faucet they installed fell off 3 months later, the shower door was inadequately caulked, the mirror over the sink doesn't seem secure, and the light switch isn't functioning as it should. Hopefully Leonel will be as quick to address the problems as he was to start the job in the first place.

We had our kitchen and back porch remodeled and tile throughout the house.
Kym, our designer, was meticulous with details and keeping us at our budget.
The project manager, Kent, was very good at planning and scheduling (materials and people).
We had one detail about our porch that was not on the plan. Kent listened and resolved the issue.
Martin was our lead man and did most of the work. He is the best that we have encountered (I was in construction for 15 years). His ability to do every aspect of construction from framing to finish work was outstanding. We were living at our house while the work was being done. Martin made sure we had access to at least one of our bathrooms. He cleaned every day and covered and protected our things while he was working.
Casey, Carlos did a great job on the difficult tile we chose. The electrician (who's name we don't recall) and the guys that delivered and helped with demo, William and Alec were very professional, timely and careful.

Working with Luxury Remodels was one of the best decisions I made last year. Initially, I was kinda nervous about switching contractors for my four bathrooms, but I'm so grateful I did because my bathrooms are awesome right now. Thanks to you guys. The team was super helpful with the estimating and material selections, and it made it easier for me. Their prices are reasonable for what you are getting, while they regularly updated me and kept me in the loop as the work went on. I am satisfied with the finished work and will recommend them at the slightest opportunity.

My brother recommended Santa Cruz remodeling to me and they gave me a great price compared to other contractors I called. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need for my kitchen and it looks amazing now. I always get compliments on my new countertop and cabinets. I hired Retro Pro to remodel my guest bathroom after interviewing 4 companies. Their pricing was similar to 2 others, but not the lowest. From the first contact through the final walk-through, Angela and Eric were extremely professional and easy to work with. Nestor did exceptional work, kept me informed of progress and what to expect, and even perfectly matched the wall texture in the adjoining den. They started my project when they said they would, finished in less time than expected, and kept on-budget, which was remarkable considering it was the original bathroom for our 1950s house. I love my new guest bathroom and I highly recommend Retro Pro. They will certainly get any of our future remodeling business.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion. Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room , replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener. They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

Great company to work for with an owner who genuinely cares about both his customers and team members, and a team that works well with each other and efficiently. I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

Desert Prestige Builders (Eric Linder and Ryan Brunelle) are incompetent and unprofessional. Eric Linder, Ryan Brunelle completely botched our 1,400 sqft tile installation.
Eric Linder admitted to not preparing the floor to ensure it was flat before installing the tile and admitted his company didn’t even own a 10ft straight edge to make sure the tile and floor was flat. They didn’t even know how to use the tile spacers correctly. They also went an extra step to prove how inept they were and put a polish on our matte porcelain tile that was not meant for use on porcelain tile. This lead to permanent unsightly streaking, hazing and clouding throughout the entire surface of the floor.
All of their incompetence and lack of skill also lead to:
-Crooked grout lines
-Unevenly laid tile throughout (so uneven in some areas that it caused tripping hazards)
-Over-grouting (grout covering corners and edges of uneven tile)
-Under-grouting (leaving deep channels between tile)
-Inconsistent grout coloring (ranging from every shade of gray to white)
They attempted to fix and replace several problem areas of the floor but failed horribly.
We hired an expert tile consultant to inspect their tile job. The expert found so many mistakes, that were so numerous, throughout the entire floor that he deemed the tile job unsalvageable, and it would therefore need to be completely demolished and replaced.
We shared the expert’s findings with Eric Linder and asked for our money back. He said he would contact us within 24 hours. We did not hear from him.
Desert Prestige still has not refunded our money. Dealing with Desert Prestige has been a nightmare. We have lost a large sum of our hard-earned money, and have had to pay again to completely replace their disastrous tile job! Please be aware that there is not adequate protection for consumers! Please do your research! Read reviews! This is the first negative review I have ever written. I hope this saves others from making the huge mistake of hiring Desert Prestige Builders, Eric Linder or Ryan Brunelle.

In fact, they prove their true character when Ryan Brunelle, a business partner of Desert Prestige Builders, has posted a 5 star review on Google under his own business Desert Prestige Builders!!!!

Total disappointment. Honestly never dealt with a sketchy business such as this. Took days off, waited months & hours, got prepared & well rested for today's appointment only to find out my counters & backsplash weren't even cut yet. And finding out that alone took hours (& I had to call). Literally sick to my stomach about it. Had to cancel the backsplash since they are unaware when it'll be cut. It was supposed to be cut by today! Not one phone call about these sketchy delays before today. I honestly don't even want these counters.

Several years ago Granite Transformations installed granite on our bathroom vanities and now with the kitchen counters and island needed an update, we didn't hesitate to call them again. Our design consultant, Sean Mucci guided us through the entire process. Sean was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Sean was always just a phone call or text message away when we had questions and, when we needed expert advice Sean was there every step of the way. Additionally, kudos to Nino, Brad, Martin, Tito and Eddie for making our kitchen look fabulous. Granite Transformations excels with quality products, superior workmanship and outstanding professionalism.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.
