123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

This is my honest review after hiring Tim’s company to gut 3 of my rental properties in Phoenix, all of which are manufactured homes which needed extremely affordable restoration and remodeling services so I can sell and I can tell you from experience, Tim’s company;Mesic contractors is by far Maricopa County’s best manufactured and mobile home service company. Trust me guys, they are the best people in the city to do such good work. I suggest people opt for the service for repairs, levelling, foundations, awnings, roofing, skirting, painting, and more. I’ve now been using their remodeling services for more properties going on more than two years.

I highly recommend XLT. From the beginning, they responded promptly to my request for an estimate. I was very pleased with my choices for tile, granite, and fixtures. The work was completed in a timely manner and all of my questions were answered completely and in a timely manner. Leonel was easy to work with, which was appreciated since I had never done a remodel before. I am hoping to use XLT again in the very near future.

I was first introduced to New Bath at the Arizona home and garden show which I spoke to Colt sands and he set up an appointment, he came out right when he said he would. He let us know that there were delays in material which is a huge thing. Eddie one of the new bath contractors was awesome to work with and extremely nice alongside his colleague. They did an excellent job and took their time on this project. They went above and beyond what they needed to. They also made sure that my dogs were safe while construction was happening which is a huge plus in my book. The owner, John Sands personally came out to my house multiple times and took care of me on whatever I needed. This is why you should always work with small businesses instead of large corporations. The bathroom and kitchen remodeling services of the Luxury Remodels Company get a five-star rating from us. My wife hired them before moving into our new place, and they did a phenomenal job. Our bathrooms now have enough storage space for our towels and toiletries. The kitchen looks stunning, and my wife can't stop raving about the stunning marble countertop.

I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. All the workers were on time and very respectful, and they didn’t mind me asking questions! I’ve already recommended Ellie and Ivan to all my family and neighbors, they are amazing!

Project: Remodel 90s kitchen

Eric and Angela were very helpful with the design of our kitchen. They are very easy to work with, have a lot of good ideas, and have good pictures of remodels they have completed. This helped with explaining their ideas. They listen to your ideas and try to work them into the space.

The staff showed up at 8:30 am every weekday with only a few exceptions. We were notified of those exceptions at least a day ahead. They were very helpful as we were living in the house while the construction was in process. They tried to keep the place livable. They also closed off rooms where they were working with plastic sheeting so as to keep the construction dust down. They cleaned up every evening before leaving.

The trades showed up when scheduled. We did not have many week days where work was not in process.

The time estimate was six weeks, and the actual was five weeks. We love our new kitchen and it is very easy to work there. We were so impressed with this project, we are having them back to remodel the shower area in the master bathroom.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Keith and his team were phenomenal. We bought our countertops at a place that did not deliver and we couldn't transport them. Keith went and picked them up for us and then stored them for 4 months for us without complaint. (That was not our original plan - our other contractors were awful). When it came time to install, I got in touch with Keith and he was there within a couple of days, right on time. He came and got all of the exact measurements, setup an install time, and his crew did an amazing job. They were quick, precise, professional, and produced an amazing final product. I really enjoyed working with Keith and will be working with him again on my next countertop project.

Randy helped me with a sink faucet replacement. Was the most reasonable quote I received, out of 5 other companies. Very prompt responses from the quote to getting it scheduled and I had to reschedule a couple times and he was flexible each time. He came prepared had the old faucet out within just a few minutes and the new one installed perfectly, also within a short time. Will definitely ask him to help with several other projects in the future.

Martin and Weston made our dream shower happen. They were very professional and updated us at the beginning of each day and again at the end of the day. They also cleaned up at the end of every day which was much appreciated! Martin made sure every part of the tile installation was done perfectly. We are so pleased and happy with our new shower!

SUPERB work on my bathtub! The process was much simpler than I had anticipated, and it looks fantastic.

I have used Jeremy for a number of different services and he has never failed to do an excellent job at a very reasonable price.
His invoices are always true to his estimates and he is prompt and reliable in all aspects of his work.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
