AZ Neighbor is a very experienced construction company that had the resources and connections to get our job done. We knew what we wanted except for some pesky details. When we wanted cabinets that matched the material and finish of existing cabinets they were able to go outside of their normal process to get them. Both the design department and the project manager / crew foreman were exceptionally easy to work with and had great ideas for those pesky problems. The results were even better than we had envisioned.
We definitely recommend them and will invite them to bid on future projects on our house.

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

We used Kirk for a kitchen remodel about a year ago. They are high cost for low quality work. They took three times as long to complete the kitchen (almost a year and with no materials delays mind you) causing us to bring home our newborn child to a house with no functioning kitchen. They didn’t complete the work to plan, misplacing the island and throwing off the entire layout. When we made complaints, they spoke a good game about taking responsibility but didn’t take any corrective actions. A year later from the reno and the cabinet draws they installed are falling apart, the plumbing they did beneath the sink fell apart causing water damage to the island. We highly recommend avoiding Kirk construction at all costs.

I obtained three price quotes to replace my laminate countertop. XLT not only gave me a great price, but were also professional, friendly, courteous and competent. They completed the work on schedule and did an excellent job. I had an existing laminate backsplash with tile above and they were able to remove the old countertop without damaging the existing tile. I am so delighted with XLT. The installers were amazing, as well. Hire them! You will be so happy you did.

From the first contact through the final walk-through, Angela and Eric were extremely professional and easy to work with. Nestor did exceptional work, kept me informed of progress and what to expect, and even perfectly matched the wall texture in the adjoining den. They started my project when they said they would, finished in less time than expected, and kept on-budget, which was remarkable considering it was the original bathroom for our 1950s house. I love my new guest bathroom and I highly recommend Retro Pro. They will certainly get any of our future remodeling business.
